Tostado you have to eat it quick or it gets soggy, the taco you had was carnitas and they put chicharron in it, that sounds delicious

well first of all most laces that look like that are not authentic and we dip tacos in salsa soup and sauce your not the first… Tostadas are rated flat you don’t fold it

Im mexican and im glad to see you trying some stuff, more traditional dishes you didn’t try were pozole, mole and authentic tamales. Also tostada are goo when eaten fresh along with sopes which are my favorite but need to be done right 🙂
