Solomon Salad saying “vous êtes le mieux” is not correct. As a french native speaker i would understand the meaning of your sentence but it’s like saying “you are the better”. You can use “mieux” to mark a progress (“je vais mieux” = “i’m doing better”) or to make a comparison (“elle est mieux que moi” = “she’s better than me”). If you want to tell someone they are the best than you may use “tu/vous es/êtes le/la meilleur/e”)
