Thank you. This feels like the most consistent way to generate topspin. Some instructors suggest brushing up over the ball using your wrist at the point of contact, but I always found this makes the shot more inconsistent for me.
The teaching was very helpful but the beautiful house in the background is what caught my attention😮 Did you have a private pickleball court built on your property? It looks fantastic
I'm new to Pickleball..I've been a competitive tennis player for many years.. I have a question about the topsin forehand..?? Do you still need to create wrist lag to maximise acceleration and spin?
Paddles like yours are rated for ability to generate spin with about 2000 RPM. However video your presented shows seemingly lower spin judging by the paddle’s speed capability. So what technique would fully realize paddle top spin capability.
Thank you for this video! I'm just getting started working on spin so this is quite helpful
You're so welcome!

Thank you! Great point!
Great explanation. Thanks

Ha I wish! This belongs to my friend. He just lets me film there

So after you hit a topspin forehand you would change your grip to a Continental group in order to hit a backhand or a volley?
Sometimes, but it depends - I tend to keep my grip between continental and eastern.
So do you alternate the continental grip and the eastern grip as you play?
I do. Depending on the shot, I use my non dominant hand to adjust the paddle during a rally. Thanks for the comment!
Are you using your wrist?
How do you handle backhand shots with that „stronger“ grip?
What do you mean by stronger grip?
Can't wait to try it
Hope it helps!
Backhand?
Thanks for the comment!
Hey man no problem

My paddle generates 1450 rpm but it's my technique that's why I can't get a lot where it bounces up I only get enough where it stays in
Cameras and video can be deceptive…
