This is why I never understood why Unohanas squad was always disrespected by the others especially squad 11. They're non combatants sure. But these guys are the reason these soul reapers live to fight another day. I can't tell you how many times I've squaded up with healers and buffers in videosgames and they end up carrying the whole boss fight.
