Hey guys! So glad you made this video. I think people don't really understand what Orica are all about it and often call them fake cards. And while that can be true, I prefer to think of them as custom cards. As such, I actually got a couple Customs made myself. These were made by an Etsy store called CardBoredGaming. The artwork was done by someone on deviantART going by the name ArkaDark. I came up with the effect text myself, commissioned the guy on deviantART to do the artwork based on my input, and then the fellow who printed them for me on Etsy helped me clean up the effect text so that it fit more in line with the official game. Both of the gentleman who helped me make these cards did some truly fantastic work and I strongly recommend you guys look them up. People drinks alcohol with friends or smoke weed with friends but they dont do it often or alone. On-topic, I have a few that I've picked up over time: an anime-style Blue-Eyes Ultimate and a couple of DMG's but the quality is so inconsistent when buying off random ebay sellers. Some are really good and others are terrible. Then there's all the crazy hentai-style stuff which is too much for me lol.

I would most definitely create full art cards because man full arts are amazing. Personally, I wish konami would replace the gold series ( even though I love gold rares) with a full art collection that you get a 5 card pack with 3 commons 1 rare and a guaranteed super, ultra, or secret full art card. A pipe dream but maybe someday.
One time I wanted to make an elemental hero deck, but I didn't have enough cards or the time to wait, so I printed them. Honestly they turned our great, I used yugioh card maker to make the cards, than I adjusted them on paint.net to make them the same size as any other yugioh card.
I bought a nude dark magician girl orica as a bit of a meme for my locals, but everyone thought I was a wierdo. 10/10 never try shock humor with Yu-Gi-Oh players who mean serious business for no reason.

This was a great video but why didn't you mention the custom cards people make to create their own archetypes? I'm really into the custom card community in yugioh so I was just confused why you didn't mention custom archetypes and stuff like that in a custom card video. But that stuff is a bit different that what most people use custom cards for so I can understand if you see it as like a different thing.
On the new feild there are 2 extra monster zones were you summon extra deck monsters and there's a space in between them. So you can put feild centers there so you can have some cool artwork to look at. Their also helpful if your not using a mat because it'll show you were the center of the feild is and you can organize everything from there, kinda. They dont have any real effect on the gameplay though. Also I'm not quit sure how battle royals works so I can't help you there :/
My biggest problem with real Yu-Gi-Oh cards' material is that I don't like how thin they are. Some oricas are actually heavier than official cards and I love that. Does anyone know good sleeves to make original ygo cards a little thicker or heavier??

Theres actually a store I like to buy from that doesnt do that cheap typical shit. They actually print genuine cards that they cut. They are perfect thickness, weight, and cut. The only reason you can even tell they arent genuine is because they dont have the authentic holo square at the bottom and on the back they dont say konami. But they are genuinely custom printed and cut cards with flawless clear holographic artwork. Far superior to stickers stuck on the face of cards Theyre called OricaShop Look em up with a dotcoml lol.

ive made a few ORICA myself (only virtual as of rn sadly, would love to make them irl) for example recently I've made a meme-y Bong pot of greed with an actual effect that was.....semi balanced for actual play if someone were to actually use it (Named Pot of Gweed xd) it originally started off as me just wanting to make an artwork of it because I saw the "pot of weed" orica a few years ago (the one shown in the video) and....disliked the artwork for it xD (which then evolved into me giving it an actual effect and making an entire drug meme deck filled with only custom cards xd)
Do you know if these orica cards break down over time? Like let's say I wanted to collect these and keep them for a long time? These don't tear easily right?
Personally, I wasn't really interested in any of the Orics except the Field Centers If I were to make an Orica for me and my friends it would probably be like, Odd-Eyes Wing Dragon and Odd-Eyes Performapal Metal Claw for me and my GF respectively as we both have slightly different variations of Odd-Eyes Performapal Magicians(Hers focuses more around mostly Performapals while mine has more Odd-Eyed and Magician cards with varying Extra Deck cards) she needs Metal Claw and I need Wing Dragon to finish our Decks.

You guys tried using perfect fit sleeves then normal yugioh sized sleeves on top for that added thickness?
Dragon Shield matte sleeves are the best for that, you can also try double sleeving.
Oricas seem pretty legal as long as you don't cover up level effect att/Def or make it unrecognizable
