- If you want to replace dial face in your Harley speedo, you just need:
- speedo :)
- new dial
- two forks
- small screwdriver
- smooth metal object

Great video, just what I need. I am wondering how not to damage the chrome ring while prying it open....
The chrome ring is flexible but you have to work gently. Put just a little pressure each time and move around. It is better to make it a few times but gently.
