The beam profile is pretty impressive, mate and the red light can be useful to preserve night vision too! Both Wurkkos and Sofirn have angled lights and I've been indecisive all along. The HS42 looks like a pretty good candidate as my final Sofirn torch! 🔦👍
@@DarrenYeoYT _"Next light?"_ Erk! Mate, what I fear the most is the experience of the pursuit, rather than the end result. 😞 I will have a problem if it's doing the research and the ordering the flashlight that gives me the high, rather than the acquisition. It's better to draw the line in the sand now, so that I get to appreciate the 28 flashlights I've bought in 2024! I'll call it a day at thirty. 😀
Thanks for the vid! I have HD15R and HD20 and i love them. Its great to see something that can do not only do both but both-both: throw, flood, red. I did consider HD50 but i need the belt clip. Best regards
For $36 with battery it is hard to beat. Definitely like the Wurkkos HD15 too with the ability to make it a short 18350 if you want and powerbank ability. Great options!

It's always the 'final' one until the next light comes out haha!

The HD50 runs too hot for my liking unless I reduce the brightness... Also heavy! 18650 is the sweet spot

Yep, it's a steal and one of my fav budget brands. I like they're using regulated drivers in some of their lights now.
I'm still waiting for mine, its on delivery.
Great 😃😃
I'm struggling to choose between thisand the HS21, which do you think is better?
HS21 for sure. Regulated output and the rotory switch... !
Man, why every light needs to be almost perfect??
This light has IP66 only 😔
great value brands can only do so much. consider olight they have magnetic contacts instead of usb c ports for better water resist
Budget lights always have some caveats. I mean most in general do
