I'm glad this channel popped up on my feed. Looks like a lot of great episodes. Lyoto was my favorite fighter to watch when he was in his prime. I don't think I ever missed any of his fights, even after he left the ufc. I was so disappointed when he lost to Chris Weidman. I wanted him to win that belt. His middleweight title run was like a second prime for him.

Wow, what an episode. I always knew Lyoto Machida was an mma champion but today I learned he's also a champion in life. Amazing! So cool to see Rampage and Machida laughing together and having a deep convo.

Lyoto such an inspiration, reminds me of Rickson, in terms of his thoughtfulness and insight into life's questions... As Quinton said, Lyoto gives to another level and new thoughts on how to live life and "PERCEPTION" about how your perception dictates how one can handle different, difficult situations which we all face! 🙏 ❤️ 🥊

Lyoto has always been my favorite fighter since his first fight in the UFC. Having studied Shotokan for a short period in my early teens didn't hurt. His repect of bowing to his opponent before and after his fights anyway rang true to me. Respent to the man.
