🤯🤯🤯🥔
Good job guys! I shoot underwater fishing vids as well, cheak them out on my channel!
Jamie it would be interesting to know what Andy thought of this video? As we all probably know he loves putting in lots and lots of bait!!! Great video guys thanks.
Pile it in haha
This is a great way of actually seeing what's really going on under the water, instead of us what we all think is happening, great video guys watched them all,Thank you.
Its incredible how much we think is happening and in reality it isn't lol, great episode guys, so when I hook a roach in the margins it means the bait is gone basically.......wish I'd watch this sooner lol....
Absolutely brilliant, what an eye opener! You have in your minds eye what’s happening under the water but you can chuck that idea! More please both hughes👍
More to come from the Hughes dream team 👍🏻
I suspect the pack feeding of F1 is down to the goldfish gene! Anyone watching fish in a pond will see the same behaviour. Great informative video though. Well done.
Thanks lads , great watch ,I wonder what would have happened if Jamie had of fed corn instead of micros .
Top fisherman watch every video and learn a lot of things from u... keep them coming
Wow
Great work everyone. If we all cant learn something from these submerged uploads we shouldn't be fishing👍👏
i ask Rob last year some time if he could do a film of pole fishing and they've pulled it out of the bag good film very helpful
Well done to the Matrix lads and Rob and Jamie Hughes WOW is all I can say about this video well worth the watch.
Keep up the great work lads
I know this is quite old, but takes me back 20 years maybe, I fished woodlands in Thirsk, with my mate Rob, we just about filled it in with hemp fishing prawn on the hook, it was unbelievable, my mate Rob a couple of weeks later was involved in a conversation in the pub, he shouted over to me, I said wots up, he said, if you get the fish on it at woodlands, can you over feed? I said if you can feed with a shovel you won't feed them off, they clean up quicker than a Dyson 😂
Hi Rob,
I am new to waggle fishing and would like to ask a question that may appear silly, but here goes. Does adding a quick change link on to the rig change the weight and performance of a preloaded waggler?
There's so much information being put forward, a real tutorial lesson here.
Hi guys well that was an eye opening video for me as I don't fish for F1's. That pack feeding frenzy explained so much. The big tench that I like feed much more slowly and deliberately while bream swim around quite quickly. This sort of video teaches anglers so much about what really happens underwater. As a result I now fish shorter helicopter type rigs for bream and tench and I know to use a binder on the 2mm pellets when using the method and to allow it to settle where it lands. Keep it up please this is so useful Bill
Another quality video, I learn something everytime I watch one, this sport evolves so much, we never stop learning.
Just gone back to match fishing after 10 years, living in Dublin now but from Bebington, your videos are brilliant and the ones with Andy...
Good luck to you and Steve Openshaw at Fisho tomorrow
Come on Wirral
They're like piranhas no place for a fairy rig with them feeding like,be interested to see what rig the living fish jamie hughes comes up with after watching that, great stuff lads awesome👍
A bait brick holds them and falls apart over 1 hour and has them attacking the brick then it's 1 a bung.
Very good video, great to see what can happen, keep them coming
I reckon Rob puts his wetsuit on at night and gets his partner to walk on him with heels on.
Great Video, Great Company Thanks Guys for taking the time to making the video
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another great underwater video! Happy to support your channel!😊#Blackflycreations
Eye opener for sure !
Used sticky mag so I could get balls of maggots down to the deck in a a deep swim - caught a perch with most of the ball in its gob - as some species eat crayfish - I reckon they snaffle a ball of bait and possibly crunch it up in their pharyngeal teeth ?? -I've always imagined a carpet of bait would get the fish browsing steadily as opposed to rushing in on a tight area ???? - undewater shots a real eye opener - great stuff .
Simply brilliant
Great video, super interesting. Also, Jamie .... topography.. ohhhhhhhhh 😂👍🏼
Love these episodes
Learning a lot from your videos, I was at white acres this year with my brother who has been fishing for some 50 years I was not fishing it has never interested myself . I thought i would have a days fishing on the last day so I got myself a rod license and with my brother I went across the road from white acre I borrowed a rod and reel and at the age of 67 you could say I was hooked .when I got home I started buying myself and the wife our fishing gear ready for next year which will be straight after the new year thank you for all your knowledge that you are pass on
This stuff is so informative explains why Jamie is so clever with his tactics he understands what's happening so well he might as well be a fish 🐟😂👍
I know this was filmed over a year ago, but it would be interesting to see how 1 to 4 lb carp feed compared to the F1s
Awesome video from the pro,s, fair to say there,s a similarity to how fish / birds eat, ie your on a lake, ducks geese etc all tend to go straight to where your throwing in your bait/ground bait, when your not they move away to who ever else is throwing bait about, so fair to say the fish mirror the tactics , zoom in to where the ground bait is falling and spring clean the lot,but the evidence is there, feed regular ,keep the fish in the swim, don't let them near your neighbours peg, my bad habit is feeding in ground bait until another island pops up :):)
would be interesting to see this with a keepnet. I always wonder how many fish you put back swim back to the peg to feed again.

Wow! This is by far the best fishing information video available, well done guys 🤯
Tell me and I forget, teach me and I remember, involve me and I learn. (“Confucius”)
But the more I learn, the more confused I seem to get (“Wicks”)
Unless feeding a ball of paste stops them moving the feed around?
Great video👌
Brilliant, guys and well done. My thoughts are how do carp (rather than F1s ) react and if you have bream in the peg, you will never know your bait is all gone. Maybe after any float movement you should feed a little more again. Fascinating a really good job, now do some big carp please?
Just an aquarium same feeding tactics hooks and presentation negative
Wow what an eye opener that was you can understand why you get fowl hookers the bait just gets wafted about everywhere especially micro's if you started with small pellets to get them in and then just feed corn or 6 or 8m pellets so they stay on the bottom
So interesting to see but what an angler jamie is he's so knowledgeable that's why he's one of the best around.
Always a great watch thanks Jamie Rob and Matrix 🎣
Brilliant video guys.
I think jamie had a idea about the fish eating the ball of micro pellets whole because on a previous video he showed fishing method feeder with no hook bait
just a thought, maybe best not feeding compressed micros, to stop them greedy f1s taking the whole ball of them
moi je sais quand il y a beaucoup tout vas bien
What an eye opener. Awesome informative video Thank you Jamie Rob and Matrix
Just fantastic, well done & thank you 🎣👍
I don't fish commercials here in Sweden but this is wonderful, thank you so much. Jamie is always great value to watch and stimulates thoughts for the great wild venues we have here that are full of fish.
Well done guys, you have made a truly informative film. We learn something new every time. Thank you for your time and effort.
Cracking video that rob. Learnt so much.
Brilliant insight great video thank you all involved
What a fantastic in sight certainly food for thought
Superb informative video, well done all involved.
Awesome 👌 thanks keep them coming 👍
Fantastic and learnt a lot,subscribed
That F1 that hogged down the enyire ball made me laugh. Just like 1 of my sones. But was this just a one off event? Or do you think this is really common place? When you think that on this occasion most fish were on the small size. And then think about those places where the average F1 is 1lb heavier. Would it be out of the question to doulbe the ammount of feed going in?
We also think the f1's grabbed the whole ball before it even got to the bottom. We don't think feeding more bait is the answer as it gets the fish a bit crazy which was the problem when Jamie increased the feed towards the end of the video. Stick to small amounts but keep it going in regularly
Brilliant fellas. Brilliant.
When I’ve fished in the rain should I dry my pole when I arrive home ? MTX1
You don't have to but the rain often also makes fine grit and grit stick to the pole which then can wear the joints when you put it together. It can also make the pole a bit sticky so it doesn't ship out as smoothly
Brilliant guys 👍
Blown my mind
awesome
Awesome footage credit to the team, loved the unseen stuff at the end. Not sure Rob will be keen on this but any chance of a submerged winter commercial film with small amounts of baits and light rigs? 🎣
It’s just too cold past October... but we have another one planned for this year
Hahaha fair enough can’t wait for the next one! 👍
@@ifishmatrix people swim in the sea and the serpentine on Xmas day ,silly sods !
I'll need some thermal drawers for that one lol.
Incredible video, this has been a great insight into how the fish feed in the margins. And just how fish feed in general, even the clips at the end. Absolutely quality!
