Keep in mind that the 650 lb weight cap is with the scupper plugs in. Self bailing weight is with the scupper plugs out. I always have my scupper plugs in to keep the water from collecting near the back of the kayak since my seating position is near the back. Nice set up you have there

That is a wide kayak. How does it paddle?Hope you do a video going down the Nolichucky in Greene County or Unicoi County and do some smallmouth fishing. Cherrie Bomb would be a good name.

it's a solid kayak, it peaks out at around 3.4-3.8mph paddling. I ended up getting my pursuit back. I'll be floating the Nolichucky or Watauga this week sometime!

@@ChampionsKayakFishingTennessee Thanks. My wife and son each have OldTown 120 PDLs but I prefer a paddle only kayak for versatility. I am either going with the Pursuit or Bonafide SS 127. Can't decide between the two. I have been in Texas over 20 years but first 40 years of my life was in East TN. I know every inch of Nolichucky and miss that river a lot. Keep up the good videos!
