Hi so I hope you can help me out! Any tips on how to sleep on the twists? When I go to bed if I lay on my hair my twists bend and will flatten and I hate that look! I’m thinking I need a heavy jell to do my twists

Hey, so I have low porosity hair like you and I do my twists on Sunday and by Wednesday they’re dry and you need moisture for hair growth right? I’m wondering if you can put leave in conditioner on your hair while it’s in twists. And if not then what do you do? I put coconut oil on them but people says oil is not a moisturizer it’s a sealant, so at this point I’m confused
I have low porosity hair too I mix my leave in conditioner with warm water in a spray bottle and spray it on my hair
