Cambridgeshire Village Walks (Part 1): Orwell and Barrington (4K)

Our first walk of 2022 takes us from the village of Orwell, in Cambridgeshire, out towards the neighbouring village of Barrington, one of the prettiest villages in the county. Barrington also has one of the largest village greens in England. We take a detour en route to view the massive lime quarry near Barrington.

Enjoyable 1st walk of the season 2022, David & Silvie through the ravishing Orwell and Barrington villages of Great Britain. So nice to see both of you on the trails in green villages, so beautiful historical churches. The interiors of the Church and the pub were so elegant. Lovely walk.

Really nice walk, was wondering if you would ever do a walk in Watton-at-Stone? especially of the church and Perry wood.

I live very close to Watton-at-Stone. In fact I drive through there every day on my way to work. I'll do some research and see what I can do?
