I purchased the brown box bag and I absolutely loved it- except for the straps. I love the versatility but they look so awkward when the bag is not being worn. Also the strap leather didn’t seem as nice as the bag. I returned it for those reasons. I’m wondering if the strap softens up once the bag is worn over times. Thanks for the review!

Sure thing! I agree that the strap is not super refined looking when the bag is not in use, but it may soften up in time. Once I’ve had a chance to use it more, I’ll do a follow up review on wear and tear. Thank you for watching and commenting! 😊
