i feel like the flat twist just makes the roots look twisted unlike the regular 2 strand twist which flattens the roots...know what i mean? because the actual twist starts lower down

I love this video! I do my twist outs by doing my twists in the form of corn rows (two stranded). Then on day 4, when it gets a little frizzy, I re twist my hair in flat twists. Usually I would put a satin bonnet on my hair to go to bed, but it would flatten out my hair. Then I decided to sleep w/out it, and I would wake up with big hair. I liked it. Now I'm back to wearing a satin bonnet. I will go back to doing it w/out a satin bonnet eventually.

i'm not offended :) the best thing to do is try it out and see if it works for you. i know plenty of girls that have similar hair texture to mine and it doesn't work for them. i also have friends with kinkier texture and they swear by the 2 strand twist out. give it a go and let me know :)

Yeah it'll work you just have to detangle it before you twist it
if your hair is a tighter curl it just stays. but if it's unraveling I would put perm rods on the end :)
