Salam Alaikum. Islaam treats women well and honors them. I was a Christian lady before. Bible blames Eve and women for the fall of humanity. Islam does not. Therefore I decided to become Muslim a few years ago. Al hamdoelilah.

Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support them from their means. Therefore the righteous women are devoutly obedient, and guard in (the husband's) absence what Allah would have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience, seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High, great (above you all). I think you might have missed the point of the making of this video, women are the oppressed, men have oppressed women since the start and that oppression is still very present today, this video is to address that oppression, men are not oppressed by women, there is nothing that men have to worry about in being oppressed by women, like black/brown people vs. white peoples, think of this video as if it were addressing white people, and it were telling white people to stop oppressing black/brown people and start respecting them as your equals, would you then say where is the video to tell black/brown people how to respect white people?

I think in the year 2021 we need guidance and uploads on how Muslim women should their husbands! Basic rights of husbands are trampled, ignored, and men are treated with disrespect, abused mentally, financially, and tragically many Muslim women seem totally unaware of the rights of a man as per Quran and Sunnah. It seems 99% of lectures and reminders are about what men need to do! In many cases even the abused husbands don’t know about their rights out of a lack of knowledge!

Can someone tell me about the imaam name
Your husband is allowed to have up to three additional wives besides you without your consent or knowledge. He may also practice misyar, temporary and secret "marriages", permitted by Islam. He may marry not only Muslim women but Christian and Jewish women as well. You of course may not have any relationship with another man and your one husband must be Muslim.
Saudi cleric Abdullah Al-Mutlaq recently sparked controversy after saying polygamous men aren't obligated to tell their first wife of a second marriage.
His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed al-Mutlaq is a member of the Senior Scholars Committee in the Kingdom and a former member of the Permanent Committee for Research and Iftaa. He is an advisor to the Royal Court. He also heads the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary.
The "misyar" marriage often done in secret is fast pervading Saudi society.
The practice, usually a temporary alliance in which the wife waives some conventional marriage rights such as cohabitation and financial support, has been legally permitted in the conservative Muslim kingdom for decades.
As per Sharia, a Muslim man may have up to four wives, making it is impossible to insert a clause [in the marriage contract] that bans him from taking a second wife. However, you can add a condition that gives the woman the right to divorce from her husband, should he choose to take a second wife without her permission. This condition must be agreed upon by the husband and wife before the marriage contract is signed.
According to Dr. Hassan Elhais, who has made a name for himself across the UAE as a renowned specialist in the field of family law.
In case of divorce, the mother loses custody of boys at age 7 and girls at age 9. (Hanafi) Also if a divorced woman remarries she loses custody of her children.
This means that when you marry a Muslim man you are entering into an open relationship - however open only on his side not yours. Provided that the appropriate ceremonies are performed, your husband can be with numerous different women of different religions behind your back. This is simply what marriage means in Islam.
The last caliphate was the Ottoman Caliphate and the caliph was the Sultan. He was the leader of Sunni Islam, similar to the Pope in Christianity as well as being an absolute monarch. The Sultan kept imprisoned a group of kidnapped Christian women who were his sex slaves and this was known as the Ottoman Imperial Harem. They were guarded by castrated black male slaves. The Sultan could rape these women whenever he chose to. This continued until 1922. No major Islamic leader or organization has denounced this, criticised this or denied this.
As a Muslim woman, how do you feel about all this?
There is something else which I would like to point out. Muslims consider the Quran to be a miracle. One feature of the book believed to be miraculous is the expressiveness of its verses, as it is claimed they are too eloquent to be written by a human.
“And if you all are in doubt about what I have revealed to My servant, bring a single chapter like it, and call your witnesses besides God if you are truthful. But if you do not do this, and you can never do this, then fear the Fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers and which shall have men and stones for fuel” (Quran 2:23-24)
This is Surah 109:
قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ
لا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ
وَلا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ
وَلا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ
وَلا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ
لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ
Say, “O disbelievers. I do not worship what you worship. Nor do you worship what I worship. Nor do I serve what you serve. Nor do you serve what I serve. You have your way, and I have my way.”

speaking about Saudi Arabia, i saw an article where it was mentioned as one of the most dangeurous countries for women, just because they didn't get the right to a driver license until recently, which is ironic because driving can be really dangerous even though i'm glad they can drive legally now, and even that has nothing to do with islam, it's just culture. The rape statistics are also one of the lowest in the world thanks to the shariaa mainly so i don't see how that's dangerous for women. May Allah guide us
I live in the USA, and prostitution is illegal in all 49 of the 50 states and with only one exception is it allowed and that is in a brothel in certain Counties in Nevada. It is actually not legal here so what he says about license to prostitute, I had never even heard of this before so I had to research it. Cops here and especially in the big cities watch out for this very closely and it’s not allowed, some may do this illegally but, this happens in all Countries illegally, even Muslim Countries. I am not even sure where these studies come from.

Well im morrocan and yes ppl are not even living here like its a muslim country everyone will agree to tell you its like europ here we do have some restriction when it comes to alchool prostitution homosexuality and drugs but if you realy wanna do these things you will and can ofcourse its your choice your reponsibilty you will be judge by god and you know it the reason why these thing are there is for and because of non muslims living here there is a jewish christian and even atheist and other communities living in the country as well so the laws cant be only for muslims there, if you take the homosexuality exemple you can be a homo in morocco you wont be killed but if you have sexual intercourse or unmodest behaviours publicaly you will go to jail whether your muslim or not but you can do it privatly in your home if your not muslim and do not fear god its your business no one will tell you anything same things for alcohool you can drink in a bar or in your home but you cant go drunk publicaly or even hold a beer in public thats against the law in fact muslims cant buy alcohols and its hard for non muslims to buy it as well i mean you do not find it everywhere as if you re buying some milk or water ... and women are not forced to do anything nor opressed even hijab is not the norm here women mostly are dressed in a modest way compared to the west i mean most young women wear relativly lose clothes that are covering most the body yet a lot of them dont cover their hair ... so women who do wear hijab do it by choice you cant put morroco in the same "category" that western labels as "opressing country" .... anyway you got the point here you will have to love god to follow his path you wont be forced and i like it it is more challenging and for sure and hopfully more rewarding may allah guide us through this life

The prophet sallalahu alaihi was sallam said which means that if he were to command anyone to make sajdah for anyone else, he would command women to perform sajdah for their husbands.

Ibn Maajah (1853) narrated that ‘Abd-Allaah ibn Abi Awfa said: When Mu’aadh came from Syria, he prostrated to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) who said, “What is this, O Mu'aadh?” He said, I went to Syria and saw them prostrating to their archbishops and patriarchs, and I wanted to do that for you. The Messenger of Allaah (S) said, “Do not do that. If I were to command anyone to prostrate to anyone other than Allaah, I would have commanded women to prostrate to their husbands. By the One in Whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, no woman can fulfil her duty towards Allaah until she fulfils her duty towards her husband. If he asks her (for intimacy) even if she is on her camel saddle, she should not refuse.”

Even id she does something in favor of her husband, it wouldn’t be for him. It would be for Allah swt and the reward she gets. The world doesn’t revlove around you. And consider establishing expectations in the period before marriage. Noone deserves to be treated badly and conversation is key to everything. Your wife is not your slave. She is your WIFE. That title holds weight on it’s own. Follow our Prophet s.a.w.s. and learn how was he with his wives. She will do so too and how his wives were towards him. No misunderstandings should find their place in their relationship.
