Wow, I remember this magazine from cover to cover. I didn't realize how much I read and absorbed my magazines as a teenager until I see just the cover of magazines on UA-cam and I still remember every single page. This was a time way before having the internet the way we have it today!!
Thank you for the nostalgic trips you take me on with these Y2K magazines. Unlocking core memories from when I was a teenager while helping me relax from the adult life I longed for then is kind of ironic.
How much I miss this era...I think we were more free than now, and definitely more happy. Even the sun looks different. Good times.

it was young miss in the 60's, then they changed it to young and modern in the 80's, and then in 2000 they changed it to "your magazine" i love learning little facts like these theyre pretty cool

This unearthed a memory from deep in my brain. I didn't have these color change shoes, but around that time I did have shoes where you could slip different colored discs under the clear logo to change the color of the logo. Pretty sure they were Champion? Anyway, I hadn't thought of that in years.

advertising back then was so much more creative than what it is now. It's really sad how things now are just thrown in your face with a 'buy now' or 'purchase' instead of almost being a piece of art in itself; something that actually catches your attention for more than 2 seconds.
