The couple in the light is amazing! You likely could spend hours there photographing. Also enjoyed the photo of the girls on the step. Thanks for sharingl
I've known your channel for a while now and I got to say, you're the best street photographer on YT. I look up to you in that regard despite not shooting street anymore. Thank you very much for this excellent video. cheers
I really like your B&W pictures a lot. Basically I tend much more to color photos but lately I consider B&W also very pleasing for street fotography. Again, great captures!
The two bad guys, the young and the the old, are excellent ! The 👻 balloon moment is maybe the best composition, clearly it's would be perfect in colors. Nice episode ! Thanks 👍
Yes, the couple casting the shadow with the marble floor giving off a glow was a favorite. Not sure how the shot at 2:20 didn't make the print cut. It took some time to make all the lines work, but you nailed it. 👍
Very nice video, amazing how sharp the Tri-x is even when pushed two stops. Funny that your favourite photo isn't even shoot on Tri-x :-). Thanks for sharing
5:42 that whole place is a streets photographers dream, the old style architecture of the city and the sea gives a really nice background and the lamps help create leading lines
Again a really cool video, thanks for it. I'm not a huge fan of the looking of the film but i'm -as always- very surprised and a bit jalous about your capacity of doing street photography and catching the eyes from strangers. Very impressive. Again, thanks
Fantastic video and shots! Amazed that your images are virtually grain less even though you're shooting at iso 1600 in broad daylight! What's the secret?
youtube recommended this to me. I do street photography too. I was born in Naples but living in the north and this year i can't return in this beautiful city to shoot and hug my grandma because of the lockdown restrictions T.T I like your photos, my fav is 2:03 !!
Im still wondering how one can be so fearless of photographing strangers from this distance... They even recognize you, as they look directly into the lens sometimes.. How do you act?
I was thinking the same... obviously having a rangefinder camera helps because the shutter sound is almost inaudible, so maybe some people don't even realize. also wih the wide angle lens people might think they aren't in the picture.
Thinking the same, i would never dare to walk up that close to strangers if they see me with the camera. Some people must be annoyed i can imagine, i saw a woman turning her face away from the camera kind of annoyed after he took the picture😅
The problem is that you are assuming that you are doing something wrong when you take a photo of someone without asking but in the end most people don't care. Just see it as a positive thing and don't question. yourself.
Nice perspective. It was as if we were walking with you. Did you use the same aperture and shutter speed setting as you move about? Your movement around was fast.
Politics aside, it's amazing to see all the recent photo content coming out from all over Europe. It gives me some hope to see people out doing their thing, completely the opposite of what our media here in the US would have you believe. Where I'm at in CA you can't even step out of your car without a mask on without getting a death stare. Groups of people of any kind are super rare... we're ten months in and its only gotten more depressing.
Fingers crossed this whole "pandemic" bs is coming to an end soon. It's destroying peoples livelihood and is taking away from life what makes it enjoyable in the first place.
Great shots ! Tri-x is worth the money. It’s most of the time in my M2. Great episode!
So good to see that you print your work. Awesome stuff!
I like the addition of the prints in the end.
That frame at 1:20 is just so well layered.
The couple in the light is amazing! You likely could spend hours there photographing. Also enjoyed the photo of the girls on the step. Thanks for sharingl
Great pictures! I loved the one with the girls sitting on the steps

Nice video. I really missed these. Love the couple print and the last one too. That HP-05 looked very good.
Wow this episode - too many favorites to count!
Very nice photos! Tri-X pushed to 1600 looks great, so contrasty!

#1 is my favorite one- Great episode!
The shot of the couple in white on the "spotlight" was my favorite! It's true what you said, that place had very nice lighthing.
Fantastic video and shots! Amazed that your images are virtually grain less even though you're shooting at iso 1600 in broad daylight! What's the secret?
No secret. There is some grain but it get's lost in the video.
That one with the shadow! So good.
So many great shots!! I wish I could be as confident taking pictures of people as you

I feel like every single shot here was a keeper. Great job 👏🏽
Love the couple with clean shadows, perfect shot. I noticed not a lot of people wearing 😷 in Naples Italy. Stay safe and keep shooting.

He really is fearless haha. That’s part of the skill

Missed shot at 1:01 😉
Another entertaining video, nice photos.
great video as always!
My favorite is the kid with the ladder. But you could control the DOF to help with the busy background
really nice pictures! i have never shot black and white film because i'm not confident of how the images will turn out :)
Give it a try! :)
The grain is suprisingly pleasant, should try that film/developer combination...
What?! You in my beautiful Naples?! I missed the perfect combo.
Something like F8 1/1000 in day light and F5.6 1/500 in the shadow. Value changes depending on the surrounding
i am a follower and i am from Napoli! didn't know you were here!
Great city, can't wait to go back!
@@therealsirrobin i can tell you some places to buy good films for the next time you are going to come!
Nice episode! How you color grading your video? The color is amazing! Thanks!
Nice perspective. It was as if we were walking with you. Did you use the same aperture and shutter speed setting as you move about? Your movement around was fast.
Thank you. Mostly the same settings since the lighting wasn't changing that much. :)

Nice shots!! Every time I see someone using a 28mm Summicron I end up wanting one, so you may have just cost me a couple grand 😂. Great video!
7:27 This Amazing Shadow
amazing video bro
Wow you have such a good eye man
Great video. I love the light b&w. Did you shoot at box speed and then pushed two stops during development?
Thank you! Yes, pushing can only be done in developing.
