One thing the government can do is cut out this Ethanol mandate. The amount of corn beinging grown which is used for Ethanol is ridiculous ,When you look at the amount of Nitrogen fertilizer being washed down the MS. River. A corn plant takes 5x more nitrogen than rice or soybeans.
