I've got a very cheap twister and really does the trick!
After a few weeks of intense Training four times a week
I could already see more tight-
ness and more details in my
    upper body (okay, bodyfat is
    pretty low, aka hard gainer).
A few weeks in and the chest starts to stretch my T-shirts...
    Request: Could you please
do a video on how to progress
    with set-and rep schemes
    before one gets the next
    stronger spring? 💪😅

    Interesting...
I remember the 'Bullworker' was based on similar principles of overcoming isometrics...

Would the power twister be a good replacement for chest flys?! Better hypertrophy?

Would love your opinion on this traditional power stick vs the newer hydraulic and variable tension ones. Trying to decide which to purchase now. Thanks in advance!

those hydraulic ones have no eccentric tension

Gym always faster and more simple, but power twister can build muscle too

Would the hydraulic one work too?

Yeah the concept of the internal rotation tension being applied would be the same, could be just as effective as let’s say a lat pull down for some that now feel the engagement come together

Would you say that this would seriously improve an (3-4 years) intermediate lifter’s chest muscular development? Especially for Hypertrophy?

Hi can you give video about how to bend power twister? I can bend 50, but when i go to 60, its very hard. I do some grip strengh training like deadlift, hand grip, close grip power twister but still cant bend 60 kg

You can get a serious boost in strength performance by practicing total-body tension with breath and core bracing strategies. Check out my "Hardstyle Plank" video. We go into much more detail in the course (link in description)

Im getting alot of inner elbow pain when using the heavier ones. Is anyone else having this issue?

    • @ZackHenderson

Elbow issues (possibly tendonitis) are common with high-tension arm work like these and pull-ups. Best bet is to rest and work on wrist drills like these - ua-cam.com/video/rbV3rOvKUZM/v-deo.html

It can definitely supercharge pulling movements. Check out the course for a ton of ideas + programs

"Bender" is a better word for these than "twister."

I had one back in the 1980’s. It was called a “musculator.”
