I really admire those who do a van build on a budget and especially those who recycle/reuse old furniture and materials. The build is functional but not overly complicated while still looking like a nice place to work and relax. Well done, I like it a lot.
I’m an old dude who has lived overseas for 30 yrs and as such have never really got to know our beautiful country so I bought an old T4 and doing a total resto, but you know what, I respect the basic build you have done and congratulate you.
I’ve followed you for years and was surprised to see this pop up in my feed as I bought a white T4 last week that is already converted. Camping on mull will be so much more luxurious now 😁
Brilliant ,came across your post , I have a t4 and love it ,we have a rock n roll bed innit and I've been fighting with the idea of selling the bed on as it restricts storage , I love your ideas
I bought a T6 nearly 6 years ago to use as an overnight bed for my photography. I figured I could travel to a destination late evening for a sunrise shoot the next morning. Since then we’ve moved house twice, I changed my job, and family issues has left it still as a Kombi ( 3 seats up front, 3 seats in the rear with a huge boot space ). Your van is a perfect example of how simple a conversion can be, it does everything you need it to, and keeps it inexpensive 👏👏👏
Doing things a bit different in terms of cheap and I like that. My Vivaro is on similar lines, but the R&R bed/Smev kitchen swivel double seat route and 8 years on coming up to 200 nights for me, the wife and a dog named Boo. Thanks for sharing.
definitely my favourite photographer and now even more because simplicity is the name of the game with what you do; while keeping the costs down! Take care and be safe out there....
Great video as always Rich. Really like the footage in the pine forest?😮Good to see the boxing hares brand logo popping up😊😄Amazing how little💰it cost👌😀
Looks awesome dude! I had a VWT4 spent over a year converting it, 2 days before my trip my engine blew up. Sat on the drive or 2 years before I sold it for scrap! haha.
@@mywildlifeimages Yeah it was gutting, but they're great vans and yours looks amazing. :D I like how yours looks it's awesome :D I did the trip in a mini cooper instead. So that's my equivilant these days! haha. :)
You know I'm all over this! What happens to your channel? As I've been off Instagram for years I am ashamed to admit I forgot about you till now and disappointed to see nothing for 7 months :(
Hello bud, I took a break from social media to focus on family, work etc. New videos coming soon though. Hope you're doing well and still getting out and about
