they have thousands of fresh good ideas ready to be made in hollywood. but guardians of the marvels and the furious 12 made 1.3 billion again so why fund something new? it's the audiences fault we can't have nice things. go see independent movies and you'll get more.

Is it a spoiler if you predict an outcome before the movie comes out? Because I'd be surprised if Anna's character didn't turn out to be a hunter. But I'm sure they wouldn't be that predictable nowadays. The audience would expect that too much. So maybe the real twist is even better.
Anna Kendrick and Jake Johnson have awesome chemistry (Drinking Buddies) so that alone should give this ridiculous movie the heart that it need. This looks super funny but has that really sweet spin on it too. Could be a great one.

So...... satire/comedic American remake of Netflix's Squid Game with a twist? We got the big famous cameo drawing in the male lead, the whole huge financial win at the end if you survive and other players who are taking part. Only real differences I see are you have to be killed when alone and the players can live their own lives more or less (not taken to a set/arena).
I thought this was gonna take a much darker turn but I was pleasantly surprised that it's a comedy
