The dialogue with the AK-47 (problem solver) was right on this video, you just have to have your charisma level up to at least 8. I just got it after a few tries, starting at charisma level six, reloaded the save, and tried again at level 8 with the fashionable shades on that increase your charisma level one point. So I was technically on Charisma level 9 when the dialogue worked to get the painted AK-47 or "Problem Solver". thnks for the vid.
I got splatter canon for 2k. 6 charisma, clean black suit, fashionable glasses, newsboy hat and grape mentats. Also sold a few things if picked up in nuka world before going to the market. Should add I bought splatter cannon and approximately 900 rounds of 7.62. The joy of being level 70 and running an empire of purified water trading. Crimson caravan eat your heart out.

There is a cheat menu (I forgot the name) that lets you spawn any gun from any dlc. they are working on nuka world right now, so once this gets updated, you'll be able to get the Problem Solver if you're already passed it

Surprised Aeternus wasn't close to the top or was this a "in no particular order" video. What makes Aeternus so amazing is that its the only Never Ending affixed weapon that actually has unlimited ammo which makes it amazing for giving companions. Just make sure you give them 2 fusion cores instead of 1, if you give them 1it will be consumed but if you give them 2 they will never run either dry and neither will you.
I actually bought splattercannon before I got the problem solver so I made splattercannon an automatic death machine and the problem solver into a silenced mid-long range sniper rifle.
I have nearly everyone of those "rare" weapons, also some of them you can go buy RIGHT after the gauntlet, the splatter cannon and throat slicer are in the market, and you can convince the pack leader to give you the problem solver

The Quest to fight in the arena triggers after you return from building settlements for the gangs. All you have to do is go in the backdoor and leave your followers in the last leg of it. Sometimes takes going through the end where you came out into the last leg but by simply going over the fence with your follower in it will trigger the quest have uses this every time it's not always effective sometimes it takes a few tries. Have always been able to fight all the names npcs one after the other.

You could "let bradberton survive" get the suit from Sierra, then kill him and get the nuka nuke launcher. Both rewards. Though you do have to kill Sierra

Honestly all I use is Atoms Judgment paired with the ninja perk and stealth stuff 🤷🏻♀️ gets the job done in one hit. X10 damage multiplier for a 300+ damage weapon. Pretty sweet.
I’m a huge fallout 76 fan. Just recently started fallout 4. After seeing that soooo many of the guns, camp decorations and all that already existed and Bethesda is selling them back to us via the atomic shop hurt my heart lol. Now I understand why people call it an asset flip.
"The Rpoblem Solver" is modeled after a real firearm. Do a google search for "shovel AK" and you will find a home made rifle that was rather a big deal in the AKM forums a while ago.

its a very specific way to get it,just choose the negative options and he will hand it over
it can't be that specific.. i tend to choose different options through every conversation. it adds to the sarcastic remarks when i do use them.
i got it through the speech check and I'm pretty sure i only replied in a hostile manner once, and the speech check. so twice all together

Thirst zapper has too long a reload and the ammo costs way too much to craft for it to be a viable weapon.

Lol ya i just restarted a save from a year ago where i was halfway through nuka world DLC. I missed out on problem solver, but I already had the splattercannon. Whew. Glad i got that at least.

Honestly all I use is Atoms Judgment paired with the ninja perk and stealth stuff 🤷🏻♀️ gets the job done in one hit. X10 damage multiplier for a 300+ damage weapon. Pretty sweet.

I’m a huge fallout 76 fan. Just recently started fallout 4.
After seeing that soooo many of the guns, camp decorations and all that already existed and Bethesda is selling them back to us via the atomic shop hurt my heart lol. Now I understand why people call it an asset flip.

"The Rpoblem Solver" is modeled after a real firearm. Do a google search for "shovel AK" and you will find a home made rifle that was rather a big deal in the AKM forums a while ago.
