Hi Ming, thank you for speaking on this. We’ve lived this nightmare since our child was 1, and for an entire year he had ear infections constantly. The pediatrician only ever prescribed antibiotics and it wasn’t until we switched doctors did he suggest ear tube surgery. Since then, our son has always tracked about 6 months to a year behind in speech milestones. He is 3 now and only just starting to use 2-word sentences, but has many words to communicate with. Has great social referencing and joint attention skills, but there’s still some specialist who are pushing for us to get a neurological assessment because he is very hyperactive and has trouble staying focused or following directions. I am not seeking an assement because I’m terrified of misdiagnosis. Do you think I’m correct in believing his speech milestone delay is related to his hearing loss? And can you speak on central auditory processing disorder caused by chronic ear infections? I believe he shows more signs of this then autism.
You need to stimulate your child ( bcoz he may have speech delay or developmental delays) by talking and keeping him with lots of people around him who are talking. If not possible put him in daycare asap. Kids brain needs stimulation starting at age 8 months. Good that you posted comment.
He closes his ears due to pressure buildup in ears. He needs the ENT speculate for possible otitis media, possible fluid retention in middle ear. He might possibly be having difficulty picking up mid and low range frequencies due to media. only Qualified ENT doc cab recommend if they are good candidates for pressure equalizing of said area. Plz see your ENT
Can you have the underwater sounds, without the ear being infected? My child was delayed in speech and always felt like there was water in his ear. But they never wanted to place tubes bc there was never chronic ear infections. Very frustrating.
Sir, my child has virtual autism and he is in severe condition, can he get classic autism also? If my child has virtual autism, can he reverse it with time? 
There is videos on you tube that tell you about vitamins the child couls take to reverse autismseach for those and ask your doctor and speech therapist if those vitamins can be taken for your child best of luck God bless

My 2yo can hear Music, sometimes when he doesn't want to listen to that, he closes his ears with his hands. but he doesn't say any word until now.

there are cases as such - but, I'm not a medical doctor, so you would you have to keep digging for the cause
What do u mean by cannot identify the 6 sounds ..pls elaborate
