    SKARO!

That music used for when the dalek sees the original daleks battered and broken, it is so erie and creepy!! for a sound/music track used in the 1960s that is pretty good and an immediately recognisable piece! Thank You Terry Nation!!

The Daleks of 2005 return to Skaro and meet the dormant Daleks of 1963, just after they were defeated by the first Doctor Who (William Hartnell), his companions and the Thals. Excellent stuff, it even has the incidental musice from 1963. Many thanks for posting.

Also a key to seeing if a dalek is dead is that their eyestalks are up or down means their dead. In the end he sees a dalek casing factory not an army of deactivated daleks.

Well actually, the Daleks from the 60 run on static electricity. without that power, they would appear to be dead. that's how they were like in power of the Daleks when they first found, they appeared dead due to having no power, once gaining that power they could reactivate all their systems and being their plan.

      Quote from Magicians Apprentice
Missy: We’re on a planet. And that is not a space station, that is a building. And the rest of the planet-the whole thing-is invisible.
      Clara: That’s ridiculous.
Missy: Well yes, of course it is. I mean how would you ever find your glasses, or the little girls’ room and… what if you kissed an ugly? Unless when you’re part of the atmosphere… you start syncing with the spectrum.
Clara: Why would anybody hide a whole planet?
Missy: That would rather depend on the planet, dear. {the planet starts to unmask} No! They’ve built it again, they’ve brought it back. No no no.
Clara: What? What is it, where are we?
The Doctor: Skaro! You brought me to Skaro!
Davros: Where does an old man go to die, but with his children.

You even got all the dalek death spots right! The control room everything. Then there is that remarkable contrast to the first dalek and the nearmost recent. Great suspense, 5/5

As to the Skaro blown up argument, it's a show about time travel. Maybe Doctor 7 blew it up in the future so it's still there at this point in time. Or maybe, as it's a TIME war and happens throughout time, this is just at a point before the Doctor blew it up.

very nice, i like the small touch of them needint to turn their heads to go through the door ways without their speech lights clipping through the walls.

Even though it goes against continuity thats already been established its interesting to see both Daleks types together

If only the two or three generations of Daleks would join together, it would make it so cool

Except for the fact that they quite literally can’t. The superior generation would exterminate the inferior generations, as seen in “Victory of the Daleks”. The paradigm Daleks exterminated the bronze Daleks immediately after their creation from the progenitor.
[EDIT] I understand the comment was from 7 years ago, but it’s still good to point out why it can’t happen anyway.

Absolutely stunning. This is the most amazing who related thing I have seen. Actually made my hair stand on end. You have made an old fan very happy!

it really depends on which storyline you choose to take notice of...the Daleks were wiped out in their very first outing in 1963...then again in 1967 with Evil of the Daleks where civil war broke out on Skaro...and finally (I think, it's hard to keep track) as pokemonman001 states in 1988 ROTD....but I also think, who cares? This short film clip is extraordinarily good, regardless of the contradictory Dr Who history of their beginnings and ends....thankyou for posting.

That looks so real that anyone who isn't a whovian would think it's a actual episode.

This is really rather brilliant, I am a nerdy Dr Who fan and I love anything like this. I don't suppose you have ever thought of making a music video, I am always looking for something to go with my songs.

Awesome video, loved it. But i still find it funny how, there is all that really dramatic music in the background while the daleks essentially are 'going home'. Thats not a critisism, i can't be critical of anything this genius and badass! It is merely an observation. When i come home from work next, i'll be sure to have this orchestra music play in the background! It'll be super!

Pretty much - the proper Shawcraft Daleks just look better that way, somehow...
