you're actually showing what I've been wanting to look at and see for a long time I really tall cake but now my question is how do you cut a real tower cake? 🥫🍰🥧🎂
It's absolutely gorgeous!!! You make everything seem so simple, but believe me, it's scary... I'd freak out trying to maintain its stability. Thanks Georgia, you're such a joy to watch!!! I wish your business in Tel Aviv a thriving success. I'd love to visit you if I ever fly over there, as I'm just a 45 minute flight away. ✈️
'Xcuse my ignorance but it's my 1st time seeing a "Tall Cake" made. It's beautiful & looks like it's just for art/Show. Is it for eating? If so, How? Cutting? How? Looks Grrrrrrrreeaat (Ombre)!
I learnt a few days ago, that this extra tall cake is called a "double barrel cake". Watched the full video enjoyed it thoroughly as usual. Regards from South Africa.
WowWOwWOW Just love this stunning looking cake. Can this cake be filled with a pastry cream or some kind of cream. Happy to cover the outside with butter cream. I was just wondering what filling I could use instead of ganache or butter cream. What do you recommend .New subscriber from Perth Western Australia 🇦🇺
I personally don't use paper straws for same concern of being deteriorating so i use jumbo shake straws or boba tea straws , they do work great holding even on tier cakes 😉
Can u use fondant decorations on swiss buttercream? Because I know on the american doesnt melt and holds well but have that question for swiss in vake the swiss is a more soft texture
This sponge is excellent, I have a question, i am making a 3 tier wedding cake using this sponge recipe with a swiss meringue frosting, can i keep it outside the fridge for 48 hours? or should i refrigerate?
48 hours is a really long time to keep the cake out. unless the weather is really cold where you live, I'd recommend definitely refrigerating your cake
Fail to see the point of the straws as they aren't part of holding up or stabilizing the top and bottom layers - you've put the hard cake board effectively between? Also how are you supposed to cut it? I'm envisioning some potential choking problems If someone chomps on the lower layers' straws?
The straws support and balance the cake board so it doesn't start collapsing under the weight of the 2nd cake. And when it comes time to cut the cake, the top cake is taken off and cut as usual, the bottom you remove the straws first and then cut
Absolutely gorgeous! 😍 Out of my league, though I love watching your creations. Can I ask who gets to eat the cakes and leftover buttercream?! 😋 And how do you cut through the central board? Or do you stop there?
Hola, me gusta como quedo. Pero no entiendo que dices, no se ingle, puedes poner Subtitulos en Español, tendrías más Suscriptores. Saludos desde Argentina 🎂😊

It looks sooo freakin cool
Hi I was wondering if you would recommend adding a dowel in the center to prevent sliding or is that not necessary? Love the decorations 💕
Thanks I came to ask this question
How many stacks of cake are you using ???
Happy belated birthday ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
beautiful
Hi @georgiascakes how many layers and what cake tin size did you use for this please? Beautiful
Hi Georgia, did you use Swiss meringue or plain vanilla buttercream for the crumb coat?
Wow❤❤❤
Paper straws. Won't the buttercream soften them and make them mushy?
I thought the same thing
Even as she was inserting them you could see that they were starting to bend and soften.
No they don't - they were bending because these cakes were very cold..!
I personally don't use paper straws for same concern of being deteriorating so i use jumbo shake straws or boba tea straws , they do work great holding even on tier cakes 😉
Can you please make a video of how to make Swiss meringue butter cream thanks
I have! Check on my channel :)

How is the cake out of the fridge. How many hours in summer?

Did you use gel colours in butter cream???
Can a cake not get sweating after putting into a freezer ?
Do you do quilted cakes please

I always get so hungry whenever I see your videos😩
Also, this was extremely satisfying to watch 😂
How much baking powder should I add if I don’t have self-raising flour in my grocery store?? Somebody help
for 1 cup flour, add 1½ tsp baking powder and ½ tsp salt
How much buttercream did u need? Xx
Absolutely gorgeous! 😍 Out of my league, though I love watching your creations. Can I ask who gets to eat the cakes and leftover buttercream?! 😋 And how do you cut through the central board? Or do you stop there?
You separate the cake where the board it then cut it as a normal cake!
@@GeorgiasCakes thanks
