Just bought the TTR 230 2024 and the bike is amazing as a beginner bike. All my buddies have racing bikes but what I really love about this bike is how forgiving it is and it can really take a beating. I got his bike with the intention of passing it down to my son in the future. And this is the bike that will do it.
Getting my 22 in a week with 0 miles or hours, can’t wait! Enjoy the ride!

I’m new to this I’m trynna find a starter bike but I’m honestly not sure on what type of bike to start on any suggestions?or would this one be a good starter? Anything from anyone would be helpful (18, 5’9, 180lbs)

This bike, ttr125’s, drz 125’s, and the 125 cc bikes are great for beginners.
You should start on a 4 stroke 2 strokes are pretty tempting for beginners.

Yes it’s most likely a ttr230. There is no ttr240 to my knowledge

It should be fine for you, but if you are going to be jumping it a lot maybe not so much.
