See . I have severe dry skin and sensitive skin and the lactic acid serum changed my life and I 100 percent saw next day results !
Hey, I would argue from a chemistry perspective that sodium hydroxide in the AHA is going to be neutralized by the acid in the product to provide a more tolerable pH for skin. So you ended up with sodium lactate, which is a salt, that is not a lye/base. Also, whole product should still be quite acidic for it to work even after adding the lye, so you won't get sodium hydroxide in the final product.
thanks for this. i usually shy away from vitamin c serums and eye creams becuase they break me out, but i decided to try biossance because i switched to their cleanser recently and love it. i bought the tester kit yesterday. it has the resurfacing night cream, eye cream, rose oil, and the moisturizer. i really like the way vitamin c rose oil feels on my skin and the way my skin looked when i put it on. but i felt a slight itching last night and this morning and i noticed a few bumps on my face which is unsual for me. tonight, i just cleansed and moisturized and skipped eye serum/rose oil/resurfacing cream and i'm not experiencing any itching. my skin likes to keep things simple so i will probably only do the oil, eye cream, and resurfacing cream once a week and not on the same day.

Funny thing, the lactic acid is the best serum I ever tried, and since I have 43, believe me, I had tried A LOT. In the end it's all about to know what your skin really needs.
I just used their tea tree cleanser it was fantastic it removed all my mineral face powder and mascara with one pass. Love the tea trea detox mask so soothing non drying yet gently exfoliating.

I tried almost every product. All of them gave me a skin reaction.
I still think some of the products are good though! I haven't tried the algae cream and the spf. All the rest was very irritating on my skin.

Thier mositure formulations have been very good for some of my rosacea clients. The lack of fragrance and alcohol makes hem a good choice!
What do you think about their squalene phyto-retinol serum?
Can u use tretinoin with the latic acid and squalane in the same room

Thank you for the kind words! I test products all the time so without knowing the product specifics the answer is it depends. Not a satisfying answer I know. But generally, adding a product and step that complements your skins needs won't cause a problem. For instance, you would want to avoid using two products that have ingredients you only need once per day...like retinol. With skin care products I have learned it's trial and error.
Chris Gibson ahh, gotcha! I’ve been using my regimen since April . It has really made my skin have like this amazing glow however, I can still see little break outs. However, I will keep the faith and continue using it ! Thank you Chris ☺️

Same here, I wanted to like it but the lactic acid resurfacing serum does not work for me.. people say to give it time but my skin is so red and I have all these breakouts. I don’t think it’s for me
Always Always, listen to your skins response to products. Not every product works or agrees with every one.
