Hi Hair Buddha! I love your channel, informative comments and advice!
Do any of the people you post ever respond to you? If yes, have you considered some collaborations? If they actually take your advice maybe show before and after pics based on your advice to them?😃 Thanks again.
Curtain bangs that actually LOOK LIKE CURTAINS 🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂
Omg, I said the exact same thing. I mean, how could she be mad??
@@sallyostling lol definitely
I have a sneaky suspicion the girl where the hairdresser apparently did a bad job with her fringe, that she actually did it and pretended a hairdresser did a bad job.
I see a lot of people doubting the girl with the fringe. But as of recently, I went to a hair salon because I wanted a half blue half pink hair color. The lady completed fucked up my hair. Bleached it 4 times PLUS an unnecessary bleach bath. Even worst is because I have curly hair and the damage was just…ughh. Thankfully, I fixed my hair myself and it’s way healthier than it was. Now I’m just living my platinum blonde life. Just because somebody has a “professional job” doesn’t mean they take it seriously nor care about their clients. Especially natural haired girls, we can’t just let anyone touch our hair.
Once I went to hairdresser for a cut. When I saw how she was doing it.. she might as well be using a machete for it. I told her to stop before it was unfixable. Paid for it and went somewhere else. At the next hairsalon they showed me her other clients photo that came for help. I was lucky that I bolted.
Proud to say I attend 4 courses per year to upkeep my skills :)
I've always seemed to have bad luck with hairdressers. Last time I went, I came out with a cut completely lopsided, had to cut it myself after getting home. Now I just stick to doing my own hair.
The bangs were done by a professional? That looks like bad friend did it. It always cracks me up, you have natural black hair ya bleach it once and get bright orange and act shocked. Good grief.
Hairdressing is one of those trades where you never stop learning…I’ve picked up so many tips either on courses or just by watching other stylists & I’ve been qualified 33 years!!! 🙈🙀 x
It's terrible to see what "professionals" can do to your hair. I feel so bad for the girl with the bangs.
My sister-in-law went to a hairdresser a couple of days ago and asked for a violet dye and a retouch of her bangs. The girl ruined most of her hair and cut it unevenly. We don't know if she is a trainee or something, and if she was, shouldn't the salon ask you if you would like for a rookie to work on your hair? I think it's really unprofessional not to ask the client if they'd like to volunteer so the trainee can learn.
Hiya Isabella, YES is the answer 2 ur question! A salon trainee should NEVER be allowed 2 do ur hair without ur consent/knowledge. I never allowed a trainee 2 cut/colour/shave a client without asking 1st. I also made it clear that if they’d rather not, don’t feel awkward 2 say so. X
Not to sound rude but this is partly your sisters fault. Most places only have one person if that, that does vibrant colors very well because that’s usually all they do. Per she didn’t ask they gave her whoever.
Secondly no a receptionist wouldn’t be doing her hair. You can’t work on hair unless you’ve been to school
@@meadowsmama9423 She didn't say "receptionist"
@@meadowsmama9423 You do sound rude. That is not the consumer's fault. A hairdresser should know her or his own limits and turn down styles they cannot do effectively. That is part of being an actual professional, as is continuing training and growth throughout their career.
When you go to a dentist for a root canal, do you ask the person at the desk if this dentist really do a root canal? Or do you assume that if a professional dentist took your appointment for a root canal, she either can in fact do them or has the professional responsibility to refer you to someone else?
The unspoken affirmation, "I can do this for you," is in the hairdresser's agreement to take the appointment. Some folks straight up lie, probably in every profession under the sun, but that lie is never the consumer's fault.
Im guessing the first girls hair had relaxer in it... lightner plus relaxer = melted hair
I bet she knew that you can’t mix the two processes but hoped her hair would be the exception to rule.
Would you do a video on how to choose the correct products for different hair types? Please? 🥺🙏♥️
Yes, we learned and laughed. I, for one, liked the girls short choppy bangs. Just a few snips needed and perfect.
P.S. you are wearing a really great shirt. The color suits you.
It looked like the first girl in the perhaps had chemically straightened hair, which is why it why it didn’t work for her when she has bleached hair.
My thoughts also. Horrible way to learn.
to learn
My first thought also. Horrible wat to learn a mistake.
I agree.
I would have told the girl with the "curtain bangs (O_O)" to just wet them. See if she has a natural curl or not, then just let it dry. See how it falls naturally. Dunno what her HD did to her to make it stick out like that.
Some people have what’s called a cowlick, the hair at the hairline especially but sometimes other places has a different growth angle & likes to stick straight up almost. I have one right at the peak of my hairline like that so I have to part my hair to the right, I can’t do short bangs either. With a cowlick, if it’s cut wet & pulled straight down, they will look really uneven like hers did when it dries & pops up. Definitely someone who didn’t know what curtain bangs are & didn’t know how to work with a cowlick.
I used Blond me to touch up my level 2, 4cm, 4c hair regrowth. I used vol 30 for 30 minutes twice. Olaplex 3,4,5 to finish and it felt wonderful. I still haven't figured out how to not do lengths when my hair is so short(which is my preference), but the products are amazing. Blond me is a game changer and it was Hair Buddha who put me on to it. Thank you soooo much. My scalp thanks you, Hair Buddha!
My heart stopped when I saw that girl at 4:30. Her hair was to die for... 🥲 I would kill for smooth and silky hair like that!
Second girl: hairbands pulling the bangs back, you will be fine!
Your videos inspire me to grow my hair out naturally.
It was the verbal blurb with "aluminum foil" for me🤣❤❤
🤣
How many people cut their hair and then turnaround blamed it on a hairdresser
I'm sure that's true but I've had unsatisfactory haircuts from hairdressers and once had my hair destroyed by a professional. In the 80's, got a perm, showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. It was soft curls, not a poodle perm. My hair was fried when she was done. To even get a wide tooth comb through it, I needed to use a black hair pomade. I just cut it all off and started over.
@@carolinegrova8707 I had a perm incidents from Fantastic Sam's back in the early 90s she put two boxes on my head and burned off my hairline and I wanted both spiral curls I got Grandma Turtles instead yeah there are a lot of hairdressers especially when it comes to firm's there that don't want to learn how to do them properly
I say the exact same thing they just don’t want to admit they fucked up so blame hairdressers 😂
What is stopping people from going back to the hairdresser and complaining, they could at least try to fix it. Ive had to do this before.
Why are so many people are sticking their tongue out like 1 million times in a Video? XD i have nothing against it. But whyyyy soooo many times
Copied trend or fad like V or peace sign from 60s. Jeans with rips and holes are late 80s into 90s. They’re baaaaack! 😂
First woman should maybe have just got a wig.
Woman with blue hair wound up looking great.
The woman with the bad fringe, I struggle to believe that a hairdresser did that.
The girl who messed up her forelocks didn't look terrible but should have learned when to leave it alone.
You would be amazed. I've had terrible, terrible cuts from professional stylists.
I tried a box dye once. My hair is naturally golden blonde. I wanted it just a couple shades lighter. My hair was white! I looked like an albino.
It's sad to see this happen over and over. People just need to go find a good salon and tell the truth what has been done to your hair even if it was 6 months ago. Your stylist can give you the results you want if you take the time to find a good one and are honest about your hair. Save yourself this stress! I bet these people wish they could have a do over, the right way.
Yayy! Another Hair Buddha video👍🏻 My day is instantly better. 😀👍🏻❤️
That last girl… 😳
Did the hair demons get to her👀?!?
Omg the first girl was so beautiful with that platinum blonde hair 😍why?????
I have watched almost all the videos of yours. Love you videos....😍
Always love your videos. Thank you! Also you made some wonderful points about people taking pride in their work! Whatever your job may be do it admirably! 🙂
Love watching you, like your honesty.
Ooo! First girl must of had a relaxer in it at some point...oof
Hard to believe the third girl's hair was done my a hairdresser.
Me: She did that herself
I love this hairdresser !! He AND His videos make me laugh AND learn sooooo mucho things .....💜
Great compilation 🤭 always showing us the do's and don'ts ❤
that is the point
That stylist didn't give her curtain bangs... they gave her a lamp shade😕
I love hair buddha!!!!!
Wow they were some serious fails
I think we should call them drapery bangs which is more accurate. Curtains to me at least are like the ones you put on the kitchen windows not in the living room
I use box bleach for root touch up , and when i take a break n make it look like my regular hair color , going back to blond. im very thankful ive never had issues. I suppose my hair isnt as dark as i assume it is cos i get it pretty close to white with just one box
Oooooh no 😂the bangs
I recently had my hair cut in a salon, asked for a long pixie cut, came out with the full Karen. Re-cut it myself.
Say aluminum again!
Thank you for sharing your knowledge! Some people are born with special talents. You definitely got a talent that comes naturally! Thank you for sharing with us and making us laugh!
My best friend bleached my hair when I was young and my mom freaked out and sent me to her “lady” the star of this fancy uppity salon in the center of town. Defeated, I walked out of the SALON with blue green and orange hair and she told me it would blend out in a few washes. My brothers made fun of me for weeks because I didn’t know it was all on the back of my head
Bad bangs haircut and she wants to shave her head?!?! DRAMA QUEEN!!!!
Aw, let's not forget the emotional rollercoaster of adolescence. You couldn't pay me enough to go through those years again.
Yayyy.... I am early today🤩🤩
I think those girls who went to the salon and got terrible results probably went to a hair school and not an actual salon. Both of those girls' hair looked just like a student did it. I saw that all the time in beauty school.
I couldn't understand a thing that last girl was saying.... but I love you Hair Buddha!!!
There is no way those bangs were done at a salon. Bc if they were you should GO BACK. Girl u did that yourself
Very good video
3:24 Looks like a fondue fountain, lol
Buddha have you tried the charcoal bleach yet it says it has a toner built in it ? Can you try it out and tell us what you think?
The results were somewhat "sombre" but the video was fun and everybody had the courage to do something with their hair.
Those bangs🤨😐😏😁😆Poor girl
When I had a bang disaster (and I've had a few lol) I put it back in a pompadour style on top and secure it with a barrette. I don't like my forehead so this isn't my "style" but hey what do u do?
I’m 50. My hair has always been dark. I had gray I needed covered up. Had it done 20 times. New city, new hair salon… she bleached my freaking hair. I left crying. Next day I went to show the owner n she freaked out telling me to get the eff out. Yeah, I recorded her freaking out. My scalp still hurts, hair still looks like I’m a Calico cat. Why do they have insurance if it’s impossible to to get their info to use it.
What is that curling iron? I want one!
Am I the first one? 😍 Love your videos 😊
These videos are fun to watch as always!it takes guts to do this I salute them!thanks for sharing with us Hair Buddha!Stay safe and healthy everybody! ☺💟😷✂
Oh my God 😂😂😂
Let’s face it, the stylist that cut that girl’s curtain bangs did her dirty! Look, there’s bad stylists out there and that’s just facts. Sadly, I’ve been to several of them over the course of my life 😖
Years ago I had hair past the middle of my back and I went to my Mom's hair salon to get 2 inches cut off. My mom's hairdresser turned me away from the mirror and started cutting. A few minutes later I looked down to see lengths of hair over 12 inches long laying on the floor. I literally screamed "what r you doing?". She replied, "well you said you only wanted 2 inches of hair"...I said "no, I asked you to cut two inches off" and told her to look at the slip the owner had handed her that had written on it my name and the words "trim, two inches"
We exchanged unpleasant words, until her boss came over and asked what the problem was..to make a long story short, I left with my hair unfinished and went to another salon and by the time she was done fixing it I had the shortest pixie cut and all my long hair was gone. Although the second lady did a nice job of fixing it I still cried for days.
I learned from my mother a few weeks later that her hairdresser had been fired over the incident.
React to Outta pocket tik tok compilation (no music)
Hey was that Garth from Wayne's World??
9:50 She hasn't cut her hair, it's a ponytail xD
I have a strong suspicion a hair dresser didn’t do those bangs 🧐
Well, those bangs do look like curtains 🤷♀️
❤️👍🏽🎈😂
A LUM A NUM ;)
North American English-speakers spell it aluminum and say it the way you're spelling it phonetically. English-speakers in the rest of the world generally spell it aluminium and say it as Hair Buddha (eventually) did.
Definitely not curtain bangs, whomever cut this poor girls bangs, needs to go back to school and relearn how to cut bangs properly,it looks like a 3 yr old cut those bangs🙄
3:23, I have a hard time believing her story.
Bangs girl, get them fixed by a GOOD hairdresser, bangs will be really cute on you once they aren't zigzaggy.
I think the regular bangs will be way cuter on you than curtain bangs, actually... that's just my opinion though.
I think the first girl had chemical relaxer in her hair ,and went bald
Why do ladies think they are cute with fish lips and a peace sign with their fingers?
American TikTok...
The first girl actually looks really pretty bald im ngl
The faces the girl makes around 430 in... made me cringe a bit also the hair thing geez...
I w omder if people do this just for views, which obviously they do
mais pourquoi ils coupent les cheveux a sec ... une coupe se fait sur cheveux mouillés non ?
Why to follow the hard way and not going to hairdresser first ?
This Tik Tok sounds are annoying
hahahahaha
اتمنى تفعلو ترجمة بالعربي شكرآ
تبكي على روسهم 😒😒
The fact that these hairdressers can f up so horrendously and not get fired and sued is atrocious
Sued!?
Well, that would be insane.
Just give the money back/fix it someway..
@@Jag... not really, depending on how badly they messed up. You paid for a certain thing and they blatantly didn't give it to you.
@@just_caitlin I'm from Europe, maybe that's why the idea of suing someone for a bad haircut seems insane to me.
You know the term "only in America..." , that's kind of how I feel 😁
@@Jag... I'm not from America... But yeah, I wouldn't actually sue myself, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone did with some of these terrible hair cuts/dyes 🙈
Every single time I watch one of these videos he always struggles with the word aluminum... He puts the stress in the wrong syllable.... It's not alu' minium... It's al oo min num. I know that English is in his first language but please stop murdering that word although it does sound cute the way you say it
