It's kind of eerie if you think about it. If, at that time, he was struggling with cancer, it was a secret fairwell to his fans.
My cousin, who did not realize that he was going to die, said something similar, saying, "The next time you need me, I may not be here." A week later, he drowned in a whirlpool. This was back in 2007.
Like with Alan Rickman, I miss both very much. There are some actors that are so personal that it's as if you know them in person. May he, as well as all of our loved ones, be resting in peace. 💕

I didn't know why most people hated the Burton Alice films, I did when I was a kid.
But know, I'm pretty much getting a new appreciation for them.
They're not really that perfect masterpieces, but they're good entertaining films, especially for someone who's into fantasy films.
I think it mostly has to do with the cgi. The human characters just feel jarringly out of place in that world. I know that one could argue that that’s intentional, but eh

Considering Absalom's character, i don't think anyone could have voiced him better than Rickman. I can't think of a better voice for the line "i can't help you if you don't even know who you are, stupid girl." Maybe Bill Nighy, since he had a similar menace to the lines "I am the sea" and "do you fear death" (both from Pirates of the Caribbean) and "you aint got the nerve" (from Rango).
