    I chose to keep Kribensis because I find it interesting to watch their cave renovations, but these fish and their shells are just too cute!

    You could be the best fish breeder on youtube!
    Especially if you consistently pump out new videos with new species!
    I hope its what you will do!
    Thank you for the videos

    This one was shorter then expected, but I still loved it!
    Btw after A.agassizii and A.macmasteri, I would love it if you tackled A.Borellii!
    They are the only Apistogramma species that (to my knowledge) can tolerate hard water, and also can tolerate much cooler water then other Apistos (I have mine on ambient room temp)

    I have been subscribed for quite a while and my notifications were sent to all, but for some reason or another UA-cam deemed that my notifications were not set, hence my viewing of this video now. I hope the algorithm still counts, fantastic content as always, your breeding projects are just the most interesting on UA-cam! Thank you again, and I hope you have a great day🙂👍🏻

    Hello! I’ve been recently binge watching all of your fish breeding videos and it’s funny because I have no plan to breed any fish, nor have I ever owned any fish in my entire life, nor do I plan to own any fish in the future. However, your content is very nice to put on to watch and learn. I’ll never in my life need to know how to breed a specific type of fish, but sure as hell am I going to watch a video while I draw ! Keep up the fantastic content

      Me too, there are some larger fish I would like to try. I have to be careful when picking what to breed that there is a local market for the fish. If not I got stuck with full tanks! I'll try anything that will sell

  • @gennasharples9409

    Fish you should try breeding because I have them/plan to get them and want to know how to breed them:
    Maculata dwarf rasboras (or other micro rasboras)
    Macmasteri apistogramma and borellii apistogramma (meant to be harder than cacatuides to breed)
    Clown killifish (don’t have yet but want)
    Golden pencilfish
    Pea puffers would also be fun but here in Australia they are $200+ each so I don’t see myself ever having them
    I’ve watched all of your species specific breeding videos and your content is great

    I found a group of 5 for 150 what size tank do I need can I keep them in a 10 gallon or is 20 long better ? And is that a good size

    • @MakeMoreFish
      @MakeMoreFish  Рік тому +1

      This is purely my opinion but I would say at the very least a 20 long and even then you will likely have one or two that get bullied into upper corners. It takes a ton of obstacle complexity to keep them stable in a small space. For breeding I used more than one tank

      @@MakeMoreFish oh gotcha so a 40 breeder will be better then huh

  • @Buusifer
    @Buusifer Рік тому

    How do you manage to have so many living together calmly? I have the same fish and i put 3 in a 40 gallon breeder and they still chase and bully each other.

    • @MakeMoreFish
      @MakeMoreFish  Рік тому

      It's a little counterintuitive but in my experience it's easier to keep 50 aggressive fish together than to keep 3 in the same space. The fish want to find and protect a territory for themselves and with that many other fish in the area, they just know it's not going to work so they don't really try. Even if an individual does get aggressive in the group, they are more likely to attack 20 different fish once a day than one fish 20 times a day. It's much less likely anyone will get injured. You might have heard that referred to as "diffusing" aggression.
