      It is in a more isolated location but that is the trade off to having a nice large piece of land and still getting to open water in 10 minutes.

    Nice but to bad well and septic like rock wall don’t like the concrete walls they build in fla

      Yup that is a different type of seawall on this one, rocks. I have only seen it a few times. When you are looking at having some land and some privacy unfortunately it is almost always going to be septic and well water. When the city lays the water line into your area it will be 20-30K in assessments added to your tax bill.

    steve, they just bought the house about 10 months ago, why are they selling?
    200k of quick profit aint bad for a flip. its all about timing i guess
    10 mins to the myakka is great but, how long do u think it takes to get to the actual gulf?

      The sellers bought a more expensive home on Pine Island. The home already sold for for list price, we closed on it yesterday but the buyers did not want it posted until it was closed. You will get to Charlotte Harbor in 15 minutes but then it is a haul to get out to the Gulf Of Mexico. The same home in Cape Coral would be 1.5M, so many people are happier with a more Northern location that is out of the way but still on water. This home is about an hour 20 minutes from South Cape Coral.

      @@brandonautosales Got a really nice one posting tomorrow in South West Cape Coral Direct Access for under 600K that I think is a good deal with about 10-15 minutes to open water
