So I restarted the app and it brought me to the login screen, logged in and this message pops up. If I go on the website it puts me through the onboarding with like a bank account and such, but still shows me deactivated when I try to log into the app. And I never got a deactivation email either time. Customer support was confused but sympathetic and said they’d escalate it to the engineering team but still said I had to go through an appeal. That was 3 weeks ago and still no word back. Heard great reviews about #Gigspade and reached out to him for help yesterday evening. Happy to announce I just finished my third dash of the day. Man works miracles
I had one customer claim they didn’t get their order which I sent proof into customer service about and another customer I received another violation for extreme lateness. Because they lived on a military base and I of course was not able to get on that base. I contacted support and I ended up meeting the customer at the visitor center after she took her time. I was told this is not my fault and not to worry it would be sorted. I appealed being deactivated and they denied my appeal stating I some how broke the rules. I honestly did everything right and still being treated like I cheated and lied somehow. If not for the intervention of Gigspade on the matter, I would still be counting my losses

Alright so I've been a dasher for a few years now, 4.8 solid. Dashing all week last week and I'm deactivated without any explanation, no appeals considered. My world sank. My only income gone like it was nothing. Thankfully, my co worker recommended Gigspade who he said had gotten him out of a similar bind a while back, had nothing left to lose so I made contact. That was a few hours ago, I just finished my first dash since I was deactivated!!.
I’ve done 700 deliveries, have a 4.9 rating , 94% on time , non stop great customer feed back week in and week out. Then out of the blue THEY deactivated me permanently three weeks. I’m mystified. No reason, no mail, no explanation nothing. Support really needs to do better. Gigspade helped me and gave me back my job this morning. I imagine the absolute worst if I hadn't met him. Would probably still be unemployed wondering where it all went down hill

I was deactivated due to a clerical error on my driving report. I have proof that the ticket was dismissed I went to defense driving school. It was put on my record before I attended school. also have the letter that was sent to DMV stating that it was an error. As of 11-10-2022 it still show the ticket on record. After several and appeal form I could not get it back so I was. Introduce to the above name then it's was so good to be true because he did as they recommended
They gave me a contact violation for getting to the store late he said arrive at 5:11 the order was sent to me at 5:10 the store is 16 minutes away how the fuck do you expect me to get there in one minute. I had to pay #gigwhiz to get reactivated
Yesterday I followed navigation and it led me to a house that I believed to be my delivery point, but a few hours after I dropped it off, I received "your account has been deactivated ". Comes to find out I accidentally delivered to the wrong address. So I headed back to that location and to my surprise the items are still there, I load it up and take them to the correct place and wrote a note to customer explaining what had happened. Didn't help. never got an email letting me know I was deactivated. And when I called they were not able to give me a reason as to why I've been deactivated, and only offered that I can appeal it even though I have no idea what I'm even appealing. I sent the appeal 10 business days ago and haven't heard back. My lowest rating was a three-star and I've never had any issues. I had given up and thought I would get a waitressing job down at my local diner, when I was referred to #Gigspade. He reactivated my account in less than two hours!!

McDonalds was closed, it is a busy store in the college area of Tallahassee florida. Online it says 24hrs, but there was no one there. Because of the time (around 12am-1am) lots of people were leaving clubs, getting home, and ordering food. Especially from the dorms less then .5 mile away. I was getting non-stop orders for this closed McDonald’s, and canceling them because the store was closed. I was on the phone with support to do this, and they even tried to get in contact with the store. I confirmed with them multiple times that I was doing nothing wrong, and they said I was okay. This morning I woke up and found myself deactivated, and after appeals, was told it takes 30 days. They also locked the money I earned. Love GIGSPADE for quickly swinging into action and getting me my job and money back

The deactivation situation will probably have to be challenged legally or something because one look at all of the UA-cam videos about how they just cut people for all kinds of nonsensical reasons and severely hurt them and these people have no recourse and no means of fighting back. At the very least it should be common knowledge about how they will cut you like that out of nowhere, after recommendation of the name above at first try he was able to fix my account.
The application says I’m deactivated, but website lets me login and tells me to dash, and customer support has no answer but to try to appeal the deactivation. Never got an email with a reason why I was fired either, they probably didn’t think I needed one. I would be unemployed right now if not for Gigspade’s help

I just got deactivated yesterday and after contacting, they claim it's because they got "multiple feedback that someone else is using my account to deliver". So someone (customer or merchant) is lying. And how do I even go about proving this on my side? I have a dashcam but it's not always facing directly towards houses/apartments. And have been sending appeal to support team I got nothing in return I met orwadecyber they have done me a great favour. Thanks so much for your input
Apparently me dashing on 420 got me deactivated. Shame you can't wish people a happy 420 without someone reporting you for "being stoned". Gigspade got me back work yesterday so it’s all good now

So for all of you who read my comments earlier in the week, I am once again a dasher in good standing because of #gigwhiz. I wish doordash would just get their shit together, there are many shoppers who depend on doordash to feed their kids.
For one thing, if I were on a phone with Doordash Support on a serious matter like account activation, I'd log out of my Uber app. I've never been deactivated, but I got a contract violation once for being too late to a delivery. I was late because the navigation function in the app crashed. I never got anywhere with Support in getting the contract violation removed. However, as you know, violations roll off after you complete an additional 100 deliveries.
So I just signed up for doordash ( had to wait 2 weeks to get past the wait list) as I finish the application I enter my account numbers click done and boom account deactivated!! Wtf lol had to pay to get reactivated because support stopped replying my mails. The whole point of the gig was to make money. So why in hell did I have to Zelle #gigwhiz money to get my account back that was unfairly deactivated 😭

Ive been dashing daily since early 2020. started doing it again a few months ago, done over 1200 deliveries, high customer rating (about 4.88) with 99% completion rate. I have never had any previous contract violations either. They never provided any explanation. Im used to the entire app and service overall being extremely buggy and irritating but this was the height. Gratefully I was referred to #gigwhiz and was reactivated.
I’m a new dasher and I dash in an area that has spotty cell signals and some of the drop offs are miles inside dead zones..The app crashes or freezes..They stack orders with no tip orders and the app runs out of sync with the GPS ..experience takes time….
I was deactivated l for “ not marking delivered after dropping off items “ but the damn app has been so buggy. I had over 1500 delieveres and as soon as the apps been horrible these past few weeks I get deactivated with no contract violations and my on time arrival was 92% . But after giving gigwhiz a shot, I'm happy to say my account has been reactivated.

I cancelled 8 out of 9 orders this week after swiping because they weren’t good enough. #GIGWHIZ from the comments understood my view and reactivated my account
These deactivations due to selfie are horror stories and so scary. We appear to get randomly deactivated over it even if we take the selfie properly. Anyways I'm back and that's the important thing #Darecrack.

Unfortunately what was put in there sounds like a customer complained about something probably to fraudulently get a refund and the support took the customers word and put whatever the customer said as the reason for deactivation. Because you can't fail to mark a delivery as complete otherwise it wouldn't allow you to continue until you did. A few days ago a customer tried to lie about delivering to the wrong address, so I contacted support with the picture of their apartment door, the GPS pin and the building address... nothing happened thankfully because I had overwhelming evidence plus I even went back to the apartment the food was missing and they weren't answering their door. Which is why I decided to contact support immediately...also I did it through chat support because I don't want to risk saying the wrong thing.
After about 1300 deliveries and being a top dasher my account got deactivated because a customer gave me the address to their home and they were at a different location so it was marked as order never arrived...but I was fortunate enough to fing #gigwhiz and now I’m reactivated.

Later that day I get a notification that my account was deactivated and could no longer be reactivated. I messaged support and explained my situation and apologized. I had a 5 star rating, and had been one of the first people in my areas to work for Instacart. They treated me like garbage. I became depressed because I couldn’t work. The n i read through the comments and found out I could reactivate my account through a third party which was Gigwhiz in my case. It’s really sad that we have to depend on options like that because trust and safety is useless.

I don't understand this... In my understanding, if you don't hit "complete delivery" at the end, the app will never end the delivery and you won't be able to continue to receive new delivery offers. Am I missing something here?
I got deactivated for no legitimate reason they said I shared information with another account. I have no other account except for ordering food and I don’t even share the same numbers or email. It was so frustrating at first cause I had no other way to earn my income. As much as it hurt me to do since my appeal was denied, I had to pay #gigwhiz to get it back. Dashers should unite and speak against this type of BS

Doordash sucks they deactivated me and when I called them to ask them why they told me I wasn't in the system I told him how is that possible when I have a Dasher card and I have invoices to prove my deposit they could never get down to the bottom of it. They don't care.

He's trying to run 2 apps at the same time. He doesn't know that doordash is more strict than uber eats. I had to learn this. Always run dash first, don't pick up second order. I was deactivated due to a clerical error on my driving report. I have proof that the ticket was dismissed I went to defense driving school. It was put on my record before I attended school. also have the letter that was sent to DMV stating that it was an error. As of 11-10-2022 it still show the ticket on record. After several and appeal form I could not get it back so I was. Introduce to the above name then it's was so good to be true because he did as they recommended
They gave me a contact violation for getting to the store late he said arrive at 5:11 the order was sent to me at 5:10 the store is 16 minutes away how the fuck do you expect me to get there in one minute. I had to pay #gigwhiz to get reactivated

Yesterday I followed navigation and it led me to a house that I believed to be my delivery point, but a few hours after I dropped it off, I received "your account has been deactivated ". Comes to find out I accidentally delivered to the wrong address. So I headed back to that location and to my surprise the items are still there, I load it up and take them to the correct place and wrote a note to customer explaining what had happened. Didn't help. I told Gigspade my worries and after explaining my situation to him, he reactivated my account

never got an email letting me know I was deactivated. And when I called they were not able to give me a reason as to why I've been deactivated, and only offered that I can appeal it even though I have no idea what I'm even appealing. I sent the appeal 10 business days ago and haven't heard back. My lowest rating was a three-star and I've never had any issues. I had given up and thought I would get a waitressing job down at my local diner, when I was referred to #Gigspade. He reactivated my account in less than two hours!!

McDonalds was closed, it is a busy store in the college area of Tallahassee florida. Online it says 24hrs, but there was no one there. Because of the time (around 12am-1am) lots of people were leaving clubs, getting home, and ordering food. Especially from the dorms less then .5 mile away. I was getting non-stop orders for this closed McDonald’s, and canceling them because the store was closed. I was on the phone with support to do this, and they even tried to get in contact with the store. I confirmed with them multiple times that I was doing nothing wrong, and they said I was okay. This morning I woke up and found myself deactivated, and after appeals, was told it takes 30 days. They also locked the money I earned. Love GIGSPADE for quickly swinging into action and getting me my job and money back
Same thing happening to me with. Uber eat and this delivery apps is shit they punish you for their own fault anf their dumb driver support
Same here on campus McDonald’s claims 24h but closes at 2 or 3. I got a couple orders for them and canceled and was deactivated the next day maybe that’s why.
It's super scary that they can just cut you off with no real explanation. It might be contract work, but human beings put their time and schedules into working for them. The deactivation situation will probably have to be challenged legally or something because one look at all of the UA-cam videos about how they just cut people for all kinds of nonsensical reasons and severely hurt them and these people have no recourse and no means of fighting back. At the very least it should be common knowledge about how they will cut you like that out of nowhere, after recommendation of the name above at first try he was able to fix my account.
The application says I’m deactivated, but website lets me login and tells me to dash, and customer support has no answer but to try to appeal the deactivation. Never got an email with a reason why I was fired either, they probably didn’t think I needed one. I would be unemployed right now if not for Gigspade’s help

Completed a dash, ended it to collect money. Account deactivated. 2250 deliveries and No email in regards to why. With no reason, I was suddenly fired. Three days later I gave Gigspade a try and best thing I did. I'm back to work this morning

I just got deactivated yesterday and after contacting, they claim it's because they got "multiple feedback that someone else is using my account to deliver". So someone (customer or merchant) is lying. And how do I even go about proving this on my side? I have a dashcam but it's not always facing directly towards houses/apartments. And have been sending appeal to support team I got nothing in return I met orwadecyber they have done me a great favour. Thanks so much for your input
Apparently me dashing on 420 got me deactivated. Shame you can't wish people a happy 420 without someone reporting you for "being stoned". Gigspade got me back work yesterday so it’s all good now

So for all of you who read my comments earlier in the week, I am once again a dasher in good standing because of #gigwhiz. I wish doordash would just get their shit together, there are many shoppers who depend on doordash to feed their kids.
For one thing, if I were on a phone with Doordash Support on a serious matter like account activation,
I'd log out of my Uber app.
I've never been deactivated, but I got a contract violation once for being too late to a delivery. I was late because the navigation function in the app crashed.
I never got anywhere with Support in getting the contract violation removed. However, as you know, violations roll off after you complete an additional 100 deliveries.

Ive been dashing daily since early 2020. started doing it again a few months ago, done over 1200 deliveries, high customer rating (about 4.88) with 99% completion rate. I have never had any previous contract violations either. They never provided any explanation. Im used to the entire app and service overall being extremely buggy and irritating but this was the height. Gratefully I was referred to #gigwhiz and was reactivated.
I’m a new dasher and I dash in an area that has spotty cell signals and some of the drop offs are miles inside dead zones..The app crashes or freezes..They stack orders with no tip orders and the app runs out of sync with the GPS ..experience takes time….
Sounds like you were deactivated for marking a delivery delivered while the customer is claiming they never received their order.
Dude, I make sure I always take a picture, always. Whether I leave it there or hand it to them unless it doesn't give me the option.

I was deactivated l for “ not marking delivered after dropping off items “ but the damn app has been so buggy. I had over 1500 delieveres and as soon as the apps been horrible these past few weeks I get deactivated with no contract violations and my on time arrival was 92% . But after giving gigwhiz a shot, I'm happy to say my account has been reactivated.
DD sent me an email that for failing to deliver an order my account has been deactivated. I appealed for months but nothing before paying#gigwhiz to bypass my deactivation so I’ll advice you stop relying on trust and safety

These deactivations due to selfie are horror stories and so scary. We appear to get randomly deactivated over it even if we take the selfie properly. Anyways I'm back and that's the important thing #Darecrack.

Unfortunately what was put in there sounds like a customer complained about something probably to fraudulently get a refund and the support took the customers word and put whatever the customer said as the reason for deactivation. Because you can't fail to mark a delivery as complete otherwise it wouldn't allow you to continue until you did. A few days ago a customer tried to lie about delivering to the wrong address, so I contacted support with the picture of their apartment door, the GPS pin and the building address... nothing happened thankfully because I had overwhelming evidence plus I even went back to the apartment the food was missing and they weren't answering their door. Which is why I decided to contact support immediately...also I did it through chat support because I don't want to risk saying the wrong thing.

A while back, I delivered to the wrong house cuz google maps screwed me and it was a “leave at door” order. Later that day I get a notification that my account was deactivated and could no longer be reactivated.
I messaged support and explained my situation and apologized. I had a 5 star rating, and had been one of the first people in my areas to work for Instacart.
They treated me like garbage. I became depressed because I couldn’t work. The n i read through the comments and found out I could reactivate my account through a third party which was Gigwhiz in my case. It’s really sad that we have to depend on options like that because trust and safety is useless.

I don't understand this... In my understanding, if you don't hit "complete delivery" at the end, the app will never end the delivery and you won't be able to continue to receive new delivery offers. Am I missing something here?

I got deactivated for no legitimate reason they said I shared information with another account. I have no other account except for ordering food and I don’t even share the same numbers or email. Doordash sucks they deactivated me and when I called them to ask them why they told me I wasn't in the system I told him how is that possible when I have a Dasher card and I have invoices to prove my deposit they could never get down to the bottom of it. They don't care.

Sounds like their weeding out drivers. You don't have a right to be a DD driver. They can choose to use you or not. It's not a job.
On another platform, I had a day or two where my app locked up. I could not scroll down and see the apt#. I called help......and they would not give me the confidential apt# !!!!!!! I had to throw away $25 of good food !!!!!

Why would anyone in their right mind drive for DoorDash? They were using a portion of the tip toward the driver base rate. Even if they’re not doing that any longer, it tells you what kind of scumbags are operating that business.
