I’ve been working with the elderly for 9 years now. The first 4 yrs specifically those with Alzheimer’s and Dementia. I could tell right away that there was something wrong with Joe and his mental capacity way back when he was elected in 2020. I knew he needed to be in the care of medical professionals and not running a country. I have never met him personally. I could just tell by his behaviors and the way he spoke.
