Days Gone - How To Get The MG45 & US556 EARLY, And Insane Advantages From Opening Iron Butte Early

- Hi Folks, on this video, I am going to show you all a LOT of incredible advantages that come from accessing the Iron Butte region AS SOON AS YOU REACH LOST LAKE. I have already shown in a previous video how to access this region, but I haven't shown how you can now get Deacon to OP standards in terms of weapons, as the MG45 is a new find, and some other insane advantages become evident once you have access to the Iron Butte region Early. This now is a genuine gamechanger SP. I'd liken this to getting the SMP9 super early. And potentially with what I hint at near the very end, could be even more of a MISSION changer, lol.

Another great video bro. If you can be asked to travel, you can get the strongest melee weapon in the game, the superior metal axe, from crater lake from Iron mikes early if you want
Honestly, I know how to get to the South from Iron Butte (Thanks to PS5 Secrets, fantastic channel to check out), but it's a lot of work. If I can refine the method where it is easy to follow, I'll show how to get the Superior Metal Axe, to take back to Lost Lake.

Niiice! I totally forgot about the Ripper Heavy when I did my playthrough! I went all the way to the Cascade Lakes Railway Ambush camp to nab the MG45 from that Heavy! Good on ya for that nugget! 👍👏Yup, can see a new batch of videos ALL ABOUT Iron Butte coming from you VERY soon! 😜🤣
Lol, you know it my friend. So many scenarios running through my warped mind right now, so some potentially good stuff coming up in the near future. As much as I am so thankful to PS5 Secrets for discovering these travel routes, you deserve a ton of credit for showing these also, as you clued me in to this guys channel, but it was you're ways I watched first. Both yourself & PS5S deserve far more exposure than you currently have, and you'll both get it as the stuff you both put out is insanely good (the polish on you're videos especially is so good it's criminal, lol). Fantastic. I've just done this. The fact you can fast travel back to an area that's unplayable is a revelation. All this fun from a game that is 5 years old.

Boris, by any chance do you also play Horizon? It would be amazing if you do something similar to what you do in Days Gone, full gameplays, explore secret places, guides, etc
@@user-bp6wk4qe9z That could be a future project mate. I've played Horizon Zero Dawn, but I've never played Forbidden West yet (even though I have the game in my collection, lol). Days Gone takes up all of my time at the moment (especially as there is STILL so much to do), but I will have to move to something else eventually. It just may be a while until that happens though.

Totally awesome ! In this one quick video you get pretty much everything you need to take on any horde. Also , if those traps stay in place for later use the game's difficulty level goes down to easy peasy. Once again , totally awesome !

Indeed Shannon. I consider this as big a game changer as getting the SMP9 super early in the game. This keeps you over powered for the entire duration of the North from Lost Lake, and ain't to bad a start for the South either, lol.
MG45 is a good weapon, but i used plan B. RPD weapon. D
No arguments from me here RNW. I'll take the RPD over the MG45 every time. But I can't get my hands on it as quick as the MG45, lol.

Hear me out guys, getting that smp9 is enough.. I played this game and getting such powerful guns in early game takes the fun out of the game IMO
This may not be a popular comment mate, but I have total respect for your opinion.
I'm wondering if you could get into iron butte from belknap even earlier in the game
their used to be a way to glitch the game to let you into lost lake by going down the path you would normally take to get from the cascades to lost lake but obviously it comes up with leaving playable area if you try to go too far down it too early. if you get to a certain point where it says leaving playable area and the screen is going dark and do a quick save then reload the quick save it takes you beyond the leaving playable area message and your now in lost lake. not sure if it still works

i also had a quick look at the rocks around the belknap side of wagon road ambush camp but dont appear to be anything to get in that way either

I most certainly did Ian, and you simply can't open the bunkers mate. I should have mentioned that in the video Ian so apologies.
