Wow u just earned a follow got the two fire power man I feel powerful now ready to kill some horde 😂😂😂 This works man Days Gone is a lovely game I wish there was a part 2
Tactic I use: Start wiping out hordes early. At the cascades hydro-dam at the top there's a stash of OP gear and a level 2 weapon which has ammunition in it. Utilize these OP items (grenades and pipebombs.) to start wiping out hordes early then you will unlock the SMP4 (Level 4 automatic smg). Make sure to do as many missions related to tucker as you can such as clearing hordes out, and selling all ears at tuckers camp as well. Deliver the drugs you acquire from "Out of nowhere" to tucker so your level 1 as well and get a lot of cash. Keep doing encampment jobs and objectives throughout Belknap. And you will hit level 2 and get the MWS, a massive game changer. When you progress to Lost lake you will be close to level 3, so instantly head back to Belknap and clear all remaining hordes (The rest of the hordes have spawned in all over the cascades and Belknap).
Nice, I'm pretty similar in normal playthroughs. My first priority is always getting my hands on the SMP9, after that, Ambush Camps. They open up the map and of course reveal all the nero sites, so those sweet injectors can be put into action quickly.
their used to be a way to glitch the game to let you into lost lake by going down the path you would normally take to get from the cascades to lost lake but obviously it comes up with leaving playable area if you try to go too far down it too early. if you get to a certain point where it says leaving playable area and the screen is going dark and do a quick save then reload the quick save it takes you beyond the leaving playable area message and your now in lost lake. not sure if it still works
Holy s%^t DJG, I didn't know about this my friend. I'm trying this for sure, because if this works, OMG, you will see it on my next standalone video, lol. Thank you for this information DJG.
i couldnt get it to work tonight so maybe bend patched it ages ago it was a very similar thing to what b-lion does in this video to get back south after you escape wizard island ua-cam.com/video/VUCKJm1rnw0/v-deo.html i also had a quick look at the rocks around the belknap side of wagon road ambush camp but dont appear to be anything to get in that way either
@@djgarf1210 I recorded this video 2 days ago my friend, so it's impossible that Bend Studio have managed to do anything about this. What part is giving you trouble DJG?. You know I'll help in any way I can mate.
I went with option 3 with the climb. Great weapons only issue is they don't stay in your locker as not bought. Drifter crossbow is pretty neat as I'm more stealthy. Cheers
I've got to admit Dazz, once I get the MG45, I'd just use it now to take out the hordes in the North, then switch back to the crossbow, as it's insanely powerful with the bolt options you have at this point in the game.
@@borislav247 well you got a sub from, me loving it so far, been steadily working my way through the Yakuzu/judgment/ishin series, which can be 100+ hrs. Now onto Infinate Wealth. Dying light 1/2 and Dead Island 2 are cracking. Otherwise i would have played sooner.
You may have started the generator then switched it off again by accident. I've done this before. Give the generator another try. I'm assuming you are talking about the doors of the Nero buildings. The Rogue tunnel itself you will still NOT have access to, as the region is not officially unlocked yet when doing this.
You can’t store these weapons though unfortunately, i kept that heavy ripper gun for the breaker by that was patrolling the crashed plane where the antibiotics were and it was easy taking him out with bear traps and explosives along with that mp45 gun from the heavy ripper
Yeah, the only disadvantage with getting these weapons is you have to keep a hold of them as you can't store them. But given the weapon options you have at the beginning of the game, these bad boys are worth holding onto, lol.
GrayGhost Gamerz went to Wizard Island see his faund of meleeweapon, his video is almost like yours how to drive to Iron Butte. Very Good video brother in arms Peace out from Macedonia...!

In the fame there is ine tunnel you can't get over to ..in the game...across the river...with one single police car parked in front of the tunnel...I've tried to jump my bike kver to it and can't...its in the section by the college...in that section of the map...the bridge is blocked with cars and blown up ...over the river...same side where the Nero helicopter is...have to make that double jump over water to get to the Nero chop...well the tunnel is on the same side of the river...cant get to it...maybe you know a way and what tunnel am speaking of...you know alot about this game...thanks for your videos you make...
Got to admit, I'm not sure what tunnel you mean, but I know where the double jump is that you're talking about. I'll check it out next time I fire up Days Gone mate, and I'll let you know if it's accessable.
Hey Mr. Boris how are you I have taken the first gun but the mg45 with the heavy hitter guy he came first but once he went into the tunnel he dissapeared and now I can't find him. Is there any reason? I did the mission at night
This a very unusual one indeed. I would suggest leaving the area & coming back during the day to get the ripper heavy as he is always there. Even if you have to load up a previous game save to do this, it's worth doing. I hope you find him.
When you first sneak in to Iron Butte to get the medicine and meet your first breaker , there a ripper heavy when you first get through. Does he carry a MG45. ? I never bothered to check.
You are absolutely correct SBL, but that mission doesn't appear until you've taken out a few others first. So this method I show is just a way to get your hands on that bad boy a bit sooner.
@@borislav247 oh, so as soon as you’re arrive at Lost lake , eh. Hmmm, food for thought. Problem is I swap my special around so much depending on what I’m doing (fond of using crossbow against camps , and sniper rifle as well ) I’ll lose the MG as it’s not in my locker. Also how do you get back on Survival 2? There no fast travel. Cheers mate.
@@safetybeachlife If you like to use other special weapons, then you will have the problem of not being able to hold onto the MG45. Me personally, I would get the MG45 early, then go and destroy all the hordes, then go back to my other specials. But, getting back to Lost Lake if you are on Survivor II is not a problem. At 4:51 on this video (the area I am at after the 2 rock climbs with the speaker system blaring), just return to it, and drop the bike down the 2 levels there. The bike takes a little damage, but it's no problem to fix, and you just ride back into Lost Lake after that. Hope this helps mate.
@@borislav247 thanks for the reply. This is so interesting I’m going to have to start up a new game just to try it! Yes, the MG is a horde decimator, getting it , and wiping out the Lost Lake hordes is a great strategy for getting XP and loot so you can buy even more guns ! Ha! I wonder if you drop the MG45 in your cabin at lost lake , by using the locker to get another special , whether it may stay there . I’ll try that too. Awesome channel dude !!
It works on PC! So now that I have my 2 Primary weapons for mid game early, 1 question, do I have to put them in my locker so I don't lose them? Since there is no guns in my locker currently I would have to buy a couple guns and swap them.
Well, any weapons that are in the locker, are weapons that you have either unlocked through Days Gone missions or weapons that have been purchased. Now because the US556 & the MG45 were weapons that were simply picked up, you will never see these 2 in the locker when you get them this way. However, later in the game, you can buy them from Tuckers camp (Hot Springs), if you have trust level 3, and when you purchase them, they will be in your locker, but that is many hours into the game. The only way to keep these weapons when you get them, is to never swap them for anything else. Hope all this helps.
@@borislav247 Yeah it does thanks. I after getting them I played for 1.5 hours before the misson Playing All Night opened up and I went over to that side to fight the Breaker. Since I am on Hard difficulty on my 5th Playthrough, that MG45 was crucial in making quick work of the breaker. Even once you get over there you cant leave the mission zone to go get those weapons.
Yes it will, as it's removed when you get Skizzos rifle, and that rifle is removed after the Carlos mission. But, you can pick up another by heading to any of the ambush camps in Iron Butte & take out a ripper heavy.
Great video, I am yet to play the game, so for newbies, when exactly do you recommend to try this? Ex, like when I reach my first camp or after reaching 2nd camp ? Thnx
Truthfully, this is great to attempt early, as these two weapons set you up for a far easier playthrough mate. Next year I am going to show another playthrough, which will show the best way to get advantages upon advantages by taking on the game in a certain way & and doing things at certain times. But this one is next year my friend.
i barely found this video but im only 1k xp away from level 3 of the hot springs camp lol but then again i was grinding a bit as i barely opened lost lake.
@@borislav247 i got good with trying to clear out some hordes and cleared all the early game ones. that helped get me trust with the camps very early. but im sure the game is so much easier with those because the saf low key sucks lol.
@@borislav247 i have the other rifle from the hot springs camp. its better than the saf but the smp9 is still the best gun i have. i rather waste all the ammo to my other weapons before i start using that one.
Bro, I've started a new game plus and I have my weapons but my mag upgrades are all gone. Is this right and if so, am I able to obtain the mag upgrades without going through all the bullcrap again
You should be able to, but you need to return to the vendors where you brought the weapons from to buy the mag upgrades if I remember correctly. Only way this won't happen is If the NG+ resets the trust levels for the camps. If they are all below 3 at the start of your new playthrough, then you will have to get the appropriate camps up to trust level 3 to buy these mag upgrades. I just haven't played NG+ in years, so my memory is a bit hazy on this one.
@@borislav247 I have the same trust level at least so far with Copelands camp. I just finished ( drifters on the mountain ). So I'm assuming that it carried over. Is there a way to visit the lower parts of the map earlier so I can visit the camps? To the best of ur knowledge away.
@@hemperorkush6861 Oh there most certainly is my friend. I'll leave a link to a video that shows how to get to EVERY region from Copeland's. But, in the early stages of the game where you are now, you won't find anyone at Lost Lake's gun shop by going there early. Some really good news though, the guy at Wizard Island IS at the gun shop, so any guns you bought from there (and I'm assuming a few as all the best ones are here, lol), you should be able to purchase the mag upgrades for (as long as this region is also unlocked to trust level 3). The video I leave a link to, is chaptered, so will help you find the journey methods quickly. I wish you all the best mate. ua-cam.com/video/d_qF56K1lxc/v-deo.html
The line is the important thing when climbing these rocks as you can very easily come off them. One other thing to point out, if you are playing this on PC, press the Caps Lock button before attempting to walk up the rocks, as this disengages the clutch.
Ah, a PC gamer. No probs mate, here's how to get Deek walking with the bike. Simply press the CAPS LOCK button. When you do this, it disengages the clutch on the bike on the PC (we don't have this to worry about on console). Once you do this, you will find that you can now walk with the bike. Hope this helps mate.
OK mate, these weapons cannot be stored as they have been picked up, so if you change them for other weapons, you will end up losing them. However, the US556 will respawn from the location you got it from, so if you lost it for some reason, after 3 Days Gone days, it would respawn at the same location. This ain't the case for the MG45 though. Now, you can buy ammo for both weapons, but, you can't upgrade them. Hope all this helps mate.
Excellent thanks for that. After I picked up the guns the game began to malfunction failing to show my bike on the screen and not allowing me to set markers between destinations.
Bit of a strange one, but the area where the speakers are after making the 2 rock climbs, can stop the markers from showing on the map. Once properly into the Iron Butte region though, there usually ain't any problems. Must have glitched mate.

Thanks for it once again great help !
An absolute pleasure mate.
Also a side note: Keep progressing mainly the cascades and do ambush camps, infestations, hordes, etc. You will rapidly progress
@@briancostello5767 Very good add on here Brian.
Nice, I'm pretty similar in normal playthroughs. My first priority is always getting my hands on the SMP9, after that, Ambush Camps. They open up the map and of course reveal all the nero sites, so those sweet injectors can be put into action quickly.
I'm wondering if you could get into iron butte from belknap even earlier in the game
their used to be a way to glitch the game to let you into lost lake by going down the path you would normally take to get from the cascades to lost lake but obviously it comes up with leaving playable area if you try to go too far down it too early. if you get to a certain point where it says leaving playable area and the screen is going dark and do a quick save then reload the quick save it takes you beyond the leaving playable area message and your now in lost lake. not sure if it still works
Holy s%^t DJG, I didn't know about this my friend. I'm trying this for sure, because if this works, OMG, you will see it on my next standalone video, lol. Thank you for this information DJG.
I've been probing my friend, but so far no joy.
i couldnt get it to work tonight so maybe bend patched it ages ago
it was a very similar thing to what b-lion does in this video to get back south after you escape wizard island ua-cam.com/video/VUCKJm1rnw0/v-deo.html
i also had a quick look at the rocks around the belknap side of wagon road ambush camp but dont appear to be anything to get in that way either
Nice one again👍
Thank you my friend.
Thanks boris but i cant open the door of rogue tunnel nero after refill and fix the generator. Why?
@ I kept mine for 2 missions and went back to my crossbow and sniper rifle, I’m more of a stealth player
@@crob949 Fair enough mate, I totally get that my friend.
GrayGhost Gamerz went to Wizard Island see his faund of meleeweapon, his video is almost like yours how to drive to Iron Butte.
Very Good video brother in arms Peace out from Macedonia...!
The legend GG went a step further than I did. One of the most underrated channels on UA-cam. You're watching a good man, and I appreciate you checking out my video also. I send all my love to Macedonia mate.
Getting both injectors will be worth the ride.
Indeed mate, couldn't agree more.
Thanks. I just did skizzo's mission last night and got 3 of those. Finally got the Mg45
Lovely Mate 👍🏻 Good explanation and effort♥️ liked + subscribed + u know also commented🗿
Thank you GWA, most appreciated mate.
@@knifeknerdreviews4609 Very true.
Awesome! Thank you! I got 'em :)
Nice.
How do you reload the guns you find out in the world when you run out of bullets?
Ammo from any police cars can do this. You can also reload them from any of the camp vendors mate.
@borislav247 thank you for the help👌
After final mission with carlos mg45 disapears :( any thouths?
Nothing wrong with grinding my friend, but getting your hands on these 2 weapons early really helps.
@@borislav247 i got good with trying to clear out some hordes and cleared all the early game ones. that helped get me trust with the camps very early. but im sure the game is so much easier with those because the saf low key sucks lol.
@@gamelard1963 The SAF 12 sucks alright, lol.

@borislav247 you are an absolute legend, my friend
MG45 is a good weapon, but i used plan B. RPD weapon. D
No arguments from me here RNW. I'll take the RPD over the MG45 every time. But I can't get my hands on it as quick as the MG45, lol.

Yes..yes . yes

This doesnt work!!! The bike does not go up sheer rock faces. I dont know what bike your using. Ive tried it and i just go backwards.
The line is the important thing when climbing these rocks as you can very easily come off them. One other thing to point out, if you are playing this on PC, press the Caps Lock button before attempting to walk up the rocks, as this disengages the clutch.
I have just done it tonight. Annoyed the crap out of me as I kept falling off but you can do it!
@@CDW929 Good man.
Hear me out guys, getting that smp9 is enough.. I played this game and getting such powerful guns in early game takes the fun out of the game IMO
This may not be a popular comment mate, but I have total respect for your opinion.
Newbie here how to walk with the bike? I'm using a keyboard.
@@borislav247thanks mate i will give it a try.
Can you max out all 3 or are there only so many?
Not sure of the question here mate, is it weapon related by any chance?. I'll happily answer, but just need a bit more info Chris.
I believe he's talking about the injector stats
@@billzco6137 Ah thank you mate.
Ok the injectors. Yes, you can max out all 3 Chris.
Is it permanent? Can we upgrade it and also buy ammo ?
@@borislav247 I made it back to Copeland’s camp and then turned off the PS5 at the wall. It seems to fine now.

It does work mate. I only released this video around 2 weeks ago. Bend Studio haven't applied any updates to this game in over a YEAR. I'm guessing you're playing this on a PC. If you are, press Caps Lock before attempting to climb the rocks, as this disengages the clutch on the bike.
Sony has to make console games easier for lame ass players! Mechs are slightly different in PC version (harder) to challenge better players I guess.
You can do this on the PC version, and I assure you, this game plays no harder on PC than the console version. I own both versions.
