I can definitely understand slurs and very horrific language, but cmon Activision, the game is rated M and there’s a little something called a mute button for those who don’t want to hear voice chat. I hate how much they’re babyproofing the game knowing a lot of players are kids despite being an M rated game.

@@XxhartsworldxX It is actually surprisingly easy to get into someone else's Activsion account. Since there are like 4 or 5 systems to link to 1 account. Also if you have an email too close to another persons account it will apparently tie you to the already made account.
Someone managed to gain access to my Activsion account leading up to MW3 last year simple by playing on Xbox well i played on PSN and PC at the time. I kicked them off and attached an old Xbox account so they couldn't access it again but i got no emails when they gained access and only found out through an email from Activsion asking if i enjoyed the MW3 Beta.
In modern Warfare 2019, you could drop white phosphorus on your enemies. In past games you could blow them up with explosives mutilate them have dogs sent out to bite their throats, but God forbid in a multiplayer game that is rated m for mature made for adults. That is very violent that you can't hurt someone's feelings. The whole reason why modern Warfare 2 and modern Warfare 3 bo1 and BO2 was the best in the series cuz the trash talking made the game way more fun. But now we got a big brother AI monitoring people for some ungodly fuck reason and now it feels like the game is a tainted watered down version of itself, which it is because of sbmm and the Big Brother AI

Considering that on PC they have a kernel level anticheat which means it's installed on your PC and monitors all activity on your PC, I guarantee you they are doing that and more
@@JbowenDaMan Not to sound like an ass but idk if it is a settings thing but every time i start a match there is a box that pops up middle right of screen that seems to talk about having constant access to your mic to monitor your speech. I think it only pops up for maybe 5-8secs though and that might be generous. Plus i don't know what it says word for word i just remember reading most of it and going "oh shit their listening.
Also, I kinda remember within the last 2 years that a few COD youtubers either heard rumors or saw patients on something like this being potential being implemented into future COD games. I thought i saw a video from you (probably miss remembering) and Blame Truth. Maybe a few others but most of the time of i catch COD videos its you (for general news... i think has been 6 or more months since i last played), Blame Truth(catch rumors of what activsion might be doing and general shitting on their choices), and MrRoflWaffles(Zombies news).

If it was actual proper physical servers used for matches, we would have a lot less issues.

I think people can report you for any of the reason listed and it’s just flags you. Regardless of if you have a mic turned off. They can report you for anything even if it was impossible and unjustified.

So player support can’t help you because the security and enforcement team has to handle this. But you cannot contact them directly and most of their decisions are unappealable. Yeah activision totally doesn’t want actual player retention. They just want as many people to play so they are consciously using a system that can lead to them getting people to get banned then creating new accounts to come back on the game. Fuck activision. Long live xDefiant.

I dont think they take the reports serious which is scary. If multiple ppl report you in a lobby the odds are you are gonna get a ban because they dont properly investigate. Im not even gonna play this cod on my main account. I have so many years on so many games and a ban on record would suck
I don’t think this is it. They aren’t making a “good” game. They aren’t incompetent. Their goal is to sell MTX, that’s it. Everything from the spawns, all the bobbing, maps, connection, quality; it’s all about MTX.
From that perspective, they’re accomplishing exactly what they want to do. Everything is working great. They are protecting the most profitable players and those who don’t spend money get thrown for the wolves.
I think it’s doing more harm than good focusing on SBMM or pretending like this game is somehow competitive anymore. It’s no different than a mobile game or any other free to play game, of which the entire premise is about selling MTX.
This is why on paper the whole holding someone hostage In MP sounds awesome but people forget this supposed MATURE RATED GAME monitors voice chat. Anyway the same thing happened to my GF on Mw2 (2022) we play on seperate consoles Xbox and PS. But we have everyone muted but yet somehow she got a Voice comm ban. It’s some asinine stuff coming from a supposedly MATURE RATED GAME.
There were multiple people who got banned for that, they still listen over your mike even if you dont use it. This happened befor bo6 as well.

Activision banned my account and I've tried to access it to get the ban appealed but I'm convinced that it's straight up impossible because it gives me an unknown error when I try to login with my Xbox information every single time! CoD is so trash

Someone hacked my account by linking their Steam account to mine. When I tried to log in, my password no longer worked. The next day, I received an email from Activision stating that I've been permanently banned from playing all cod games, including future releases. I reached out to Activision for help, but they replied saying they didn't detect any suspicious activity on my account. Countless hours across multiple games gone just like that , I can't even play MWR anymore. I'm still fighting to regain access to my account, but i have no hope.
There's tons of spammy/false bans cause some people got humiliated in a video game.
At this point ur rewarded for being a mediocre players and not a above average player.
That's most gaming studios where there ban department team isn't connected to the customer service/support team its so infuriating.
No company/corporation has a 100% accuracy for banning illegitimate customers it's not realistic.

It’s wack how they only allow you to change your name after 6 months where you get a token in order to do so. You should be able to change your name any time just like how it is on CS2.
I remember getting that same warning when I was playing warzone Lockdown and that's because I was constantly trash talking to the enemy players on lockdown and that was during MWII's life cycle and I wasn't being offensive at all like curing at the enmy players and so on is normal for a rated M game but its a rated M game! Also, I know you got Falsely chat banned because a lot of people that watches your stream knows that you have voice chat disabled and never used game chat at all and I'm a witness here if anyone that replies this saying thats not true at all. I have been mic/text suspended a few times, and when I go to check the reason It shows nothing + I'm always in party chat with my friends so idk how I can get suspended for something I didn't do then I have lobby's with people who have bad words within there names and nothing happens to them they can swear say stuff about your mum but you get in trouble

It’s what happens when people still support a bad company that only cares for the people that buy bundles. They don’t care if the system is broken as long as they get that bundle/battle pass money.
their report systems are automated, they have similar systems in other games like WoW. All it takes is a group of people in discord to coordinate a report and boom you are banned. Then you have people who abuse the report features out of saltiness, but of course there isn't a counter to the system being abused like the same account reporting non stop.

The voice moderation is triggered when someone spams voice chat reports. I've had this twice in MW3 along with a Offensive username report.
