when you can not connect to Vehicle it have two reason 1) You did not install the correct driver on you system , When I had it on windows XP is was easy but to install driver for the system " techstream" driver on windows 10 I have to disable my virus protection software on my laptop or driver were removing magically 2) You did not connect the usb to OBD2 connector.
It should be fresh (new)that means if it is used it 1st need to be prgram to virgin fob many provider in Ebay doing that programing of used FOB to virgin one then you can program the FOB as I explained in video.or buy the new FOB

Probably you did not install it correctly, after installation if it read your car Vin number them you can move to next step otherwise is not working. search youtube for software installation.

Search the Ebay for FOB Proximity Remote Virgin Reset Reflash Service, it should be less than $20 per FOB.

techstream can erase code, but need a seed code. search weboctopus, they charge $30 for 5 token. I am still struggling on that part.
