Blacked out Cadillac ats radio and heat control not working - quick fix?

Mine too, this worked 👍 the touching the cables together is key, modules have little batteries in them called capacitors that keep certain memories alive in the computers/modules. Doing this is like a full hard reset/reboot. Thanks 👍

My issue is.. I replaced my radio with a new one.. ac worked with the old one but not the new one????

Same issue with my 2010 srx black screen AC AND HEAT NO WORKING ... FUSE IS GOOD SO I'LL DO THE SECOND STEP. THANX

Did it work? I have a 2010 SRX as well and this happened to me today as I was driving to work. How could it be the battery if my car still starting up and driving?

I have a 2010 Srx, hopefully this helps cause my radio, dash, and air all went out suddenly while i was driving.
