When I bought my 2016 Escalade the cue screen was unresponsive , check out what causes this and what to do to repair them , this is not a how to but a explanation on how to get the fixed.

You’re a life saver. My mom lives in the Caribbean and has a 2014 srx and used the warranty to replace it and it still froze. Definitely going to purchase a non-gel screen
Thank you for this. My parents have a 2016 XTS and and 2015 SRX and their screens are unresponsive. In the XTS, I thought their screen was cracked, but its the gel that cracked. I'm sure it costs alot of money to replace by the manufacturer or dealership.

I have the same issue on my 18 cts v like the edges work but the middle of the screen doesn't respond

@@MarcusCoker1 that fixed it ? Last night I click “ audio” but when I went to middle of screen it was unresponsive. Top bottom and left side worked , middle didn’t .

I replaced the motor , unfortunately I didn’t make a video for it
My screen works sometimes. And there’s no cracks. What’s your opinion?
Possibly the same thing , what happens is it delaminates and will cause this issue .
