      I like your funny personality as you present these nice tips. I though my sister and I's stomach was the only ones that did that when we breath deep. Do you know why it does that? Also I started doing belly breathing a long time ago and now it seems like my stomach is kinda always "out" and it doesn't feel like there's much more room to breath in really deep. I am overweight and have been so since I started doing it. Can your belly get "stuck" in the outward position? I know it's kind of a silly question.

      Hi Doc Jo. I would like to ask you for advice. I feel like always needing to take deep breath and when i can't take that deep breath. I feel very uneasy. At the same time, when i try to take a dep breath in, it's not that i can sure do it. Just like when i need a deep breath, sometime or many other times i can take in the full deep breath.

    I'm 26 years old and currently recovering from a pulmonary embolism that went undiagnosed for a long time. It's very frustrating what little support for recovery is available with this condition! I want nothing more than to get back to the gym and do my favorite activities again, so I'm using your video to aid my healing process. Thank you for sharing it!

      I have COPD and a history or anxiety and panic attacks. Just tonight I’ve been struggling to breath while on oxygen. Also I’ve taken 2 blood pressure pills at two different times. Before taking the last two I pills, my BP was 170/ 112.

    I have been suffering from cough for last one year, was taking duolin inhaler for immediate relief. Doctors could not diagnose the reason of this chronic cough. Then I found your video, and started doing these exercises 3-4 times a day for last one week. And I need not take my inhaler henceforth as the coughing problem reduced significantly. These lung exercises worked like magic. Thank you so much for this great treatment advice. Love from India.

      If you sleep at an incline that will help with your breathing some. It’ll help keep of some of the weight on your lungs when you lay flat. Doing simple breathing exercises three times a day will help strengthen your lungs and help with shortness of breath. This isn’t fixing the problem for good if you have things like cops or other illness b it it will help

    Hello, doctor. I want to know if I can do this exercise with asthma. Will it help alleviate lung pain? Also, I sometimes feel phlegm in my throat is that because of asthma? . After certain dumbbell exercises, I experience pain in my right lung. I'm not sure if it's related to gastric issues or asthma so this will help in this condition!

      Try breathing only through your nose... it prevents bacterias getting to your throat, which should cause your cough.

    Hey doc actually like 3-2 weeks ago i got lung pain or something in that area whenever I moved my arm forward fast (only when doing it fast) and it lasted for a bit less than 2 weeks and now it doesn’t hurt anymore, what do you think that it might have been? Don’t get me scared😅

    • @SB-zy1eq
      @SB-zy1eq 4 роки тому

      It happened with my left arm btw, but I feel very good now and it was only this, no other symptoms so I don’t want to go see a doctor😅

    • @SB-zy1eq
      @SB-zy1eq 4 роки тому

      The pain only occured while breathing in

    • @SB-zy1eq
      @SB-zy1eq 4 роки тому

      When I moved my arm fast or when i was standing up from sitting,, but as I said i’m good now, can it happen because of lack of sleep? It was a period with very little sleep at that time and not exercising :/
