Ho Chi Minh City aka Saigon, Vietnam

We are in Vietnam! We had so much fun exploring Ho Chi Minh City and the Cu Chi Tunnels! This country is rich with history! We learned about the complicated process of their art - they wrap a piece of wood in cloth, apply many layers of lacquer and then use paint, eggshells, clam shells, or a combination of all three to create a design! The place we visited is a handicap village where they employ disabled people that were affected by the chemical dropped during the war. We also learned about the Vietnam war and their creative strategies and way of living! In this video we take you along with us as we learn and experience these things!
