@@ShandellJames I also have the paid version of ReDream and it is definitely more user-friendly than where Flycast is at. My only main issue with it is it has a known issue with AMD APUs/GPUs which AMD is aware of after inolen (ReDream's developer) reported it to AMD. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I like Redream more cause of the whole custom Interface it has but...on my Steam deck Flycast is the default emulator built into Emudeck and it hasn't let me down yet at all Im loving Flycast.
Dude, hell yeah! Thank you so much. I’ve been really wanting to show my friend the original Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure fighting game since she loves the series, and we’re planning on doing a show together at some point where we just play games, so this was perfect. It works flawlessly.

I tried Redream first but i couldn't get past the memory card screen on any game. This one is a lot better and you can bump the graphics up for free. Thanks for another tutorial.
How do you play multi-disk games? Do you just set up each disk separately like its own stand alone game and when one disk finishes you just eject it and start up the next one? thanks :)
Every time I set controlls on my arcade joysticks and buttons it resets back to not working after exit how to save controlls it saves like 4 games surly you can save lots games I mean per games or all games as one
I have fightcade and flycast on my pc and flycast can read games i play on a fightcade but why is it reading them from there? Theres nothing in roms folder
Ive had this emulator for about a week and it’s horrible first off every time i turn on my laptop for some reason it disconnects from the gpu, the only solution i found is to go to device manager and update the driver that’s every single time i turn it then i have to check task manager and make sure it’s actually using the gpu for some reason it randomly lags every few minutes especially when the sound is on but if i turn off the sound every few seconds the emulator runs the game to fast almost like it’s fast forwarding yes i disabled fas forward, ive tried every thing to fix these issues and trying to find help online is impossible i’m using a gaming laptop so idk why this happens over all i’m gonna delete this thing off my computer because just trying to run it is a total headache over worst emulator in my experience
I downloaded the appx instead of the zip. I still managed to get it to work but there's no option to switch between DirectX, OpenGL and Vulkan (I think I installed the Xbox One version ont my PC) Apart from a bit of song and dance adding developer certificates, it does run, though how nicely it'll play with Playnite I have no idea.
Is there any way to delete games from the displayed games list? For some reason the list that I get generated contains dupes and rom variants I don't have.
Tried downloading it from the GitHub but says when trying to run the exe “The code eduction cannot proceed because d3dx9_43.DLL was not found.” Did they take the files out?

It is a good standalone emulator, but I still prefer Redream honestly.

Thanks, I was wondering why my graphics looked worse on my pc but looked fine on my phone. I have an amd processor, switching to Flycast worked.

Thank you very much, I have a Ryzen 5800x+RX6600 and I was having articfact with ReamDream and with this one everything looks better.
Redream doesn't like my AMD processor, but this one works great. I just regret sending Redream $6 now. Thank you for the tutorial.

Flycast is pretty good, but I wish there was a proper up to date compatibility list, just so I can find out what games work on it.
