Thanks for sharing all this awesome info on how to play classic retro games using the Backbone controller. I bought it a few months ago and I first thought why was it so expensive, but now that I had it for awhile, I highly recommend getting one to everyone. Thanks again for sharing!!
I got a Backbone a week or two ago and LOVE it! The only thing I did not like was the button clicks. I was able to open the controller up easily and replace the metal caps on the tactile button switches with rubber ones taken from the buttons of a generic calculator, and now I have a silent button Backbone. Love the vid, thanks for the retro gaming info!!

I personally like the click that's why there are a lot of tactile button click mods for PS5 and Xbox controllers I've installed the PS5 buttons on numerous controllers for me and my friends, it gives you a definitive click when you hit it rather than a mushy possible mis click with regular rubber button caps but to each their own if that's what you prefer go with it!

Just wondering something about Pokémon games on these and other emulators on iOS. So something I’ve noticed is that I can’t trade pokemon on the emulators I’m using on iOS, and android has this emulator and more called “MyBoy” and other stuff like that I think. And there is this button called ‘Local Link’, which I think basically acts like a link cable. But none of the emulators on iOS have that. So I was just wondering if u knew which ones do have it or it’s not possible on iOS.
In short I wanna trade pokemon with my self on 2 different games (in this case Emerald and Ruby) but can’t because I can’t find an emulator with the ‘Local Link’ button on iOS.

Webrcade is the only good one you should make a video of it again because it has n64 ps1 and sega cd and nec pc engine cd

nice video...some good apps to have...thers also antstream arcade for any andriod device..no need to down load the games just play...big selection of games .....dont know if they would work with the Backbone Controller...but it should

It depends on the case. It can’t be super bulky. It has to be a super thin case

I can’t say if this work or not like I follow every instruction and I get it but I can’t save the game like I save it and then hit load but no save data so what I did I erase everything every game and just re do it again now it say the games just don’t match or don’t work 😑

I’m having a lot of issues with emulation I tried playing emerald earlier and there framerate was awful in addition to that the music and sound effects were fucked up.
Same with me. But I tried with a gba game and it just looked like the game just died.
What ancient technologies are you guys using to where you can't play gba games?

If your iPhone has the silent switch turned on, it won’t work figured that out.
