may i know please ,In the german workplaces are they talking in english or german ?do we need to follow german before coming to germany ?

It depends on the company.
All international companies usually use English as the main language. Even many German companies do so. However, fluency in German language is always good if you’re planning to live here.
If you are migrating as a highly-skilled migrant, you don’t need any German language skills. However, if you are coming as a student or on Job Seeker visa, you probably will need good German language skills.
