This kids right on the $ about marketing & client acquisition. If you are struggling to stay busy with detailing - either 1) you’re not running ads ( EVERY BUSINESS RUNS ADS, WHY AREN’T YOU?)
or 2) your marketing strategy isn’t effective (hire a marketing specialist)
Being in the detailing business since 2009 has taught me ALOT. The key to any successful business is not only the work you do ( that’s the least important thing)
it’s the way you present yourself, your ability to develop rapport with prospective clients, and being very meticulous about your gross earnings, profitability, and ability to scale correctly.
I always this detailing game is so easy because so many detail “business owners” are absolutely ignorant and have no business development skill set.
You’re a business owner first, detailer second. If that logic was applied to the plethora of detailing businesses near me- they’d be just as successful as my company.
Wish u woukd start making more content about different types of businesses like you use to.... Can only watch so many detail videos...

Dang Reyes haven’t watched your channel in about 5 years 😮💨 had started a business made ,250,000 my first year, 300,000 my second year. Leased another bigger building and was getting ready to open a music venue/ restaurant. But I got shut down by the feds. The people I was paying to take care of my taxes stole my money 😮💨😮💨 now I’m back to square one, grinding and coming up with a master plan 😅
