That ATTS badge is for the rear and looks super oddly placed on the hood. There is a more appropriate ATTS badge made for the grille. Otherwise, beautiful Prelude.
I promise you dont want 18s with coilovers. Also, camber is a result of lowering your car. The lower you go the more it cambers out. Camber kits allow you add positive camber straighten out the wheel after you lower your car although some people like to add more negative camber for unknown reasons. Anyway, I promise you will regret 18s and coils. You should do 17's and if you are not going full coilovers you should do Ground Controls w/ stock or Koni Yellow Sport shocks. Coming from an owner of a 5th gen prelude. If you do, you will spend a ton of money on tires. 215/35R18 s are $150 a pop for decent all seasons and $175=220 for summer tires. Make sure your getting an alignment every time you change the right height drastically unless you want to be paying $600 on tires every 3-4 months.
All good things to know, thanks for the comment man. I'll tell him to read what you said. Personal experiences are priceless when it comes to things like this, and it's pretty obvious we have few of those. lol
I have function form type 1s in my lude. I don't have a camber kit. Brand new xxr 527 x 17s and brand new tires. It's lowered enough to still see at least half and inch of gap between the tire thread and fender. My car pulls to the left. Got a lifetime alignment at Firestone but it's still pulling left. Could this be because I have no camber kit?
mine failed at 109k. i beat on it occasionally, and it failed when gassing it. ive heard these transmissions lasting upwards to 180k miles if theyre kept up with and not beat on. depends on the driver tbh
@@Xjulienalay21X The automatic has 5 less HP compared to the manual transmission. Both the base & SH have the same HP. The JDM only Type S model has 220 to 235 hp, I forget exactly how much.
H22 is just at good for turbo compare to any other Honda motor. The only ones that will hold more power all stock or k an f series s2k motors. These have zero trouble seeing 420 whp.
Active Torque Transfer System not Advance Torque Transfer System LOLOLOLOL. Why get rims not wheels ? Umm it’s all alright. coilover springs is going to ruin y’all Prelude. Bruh it’s all good. No hating just saying

Yeah, natural camber of the stock suspension could be causing it to drag to one side.
Tanabe? Imagine if we called the president of Japan Shinzo Abe like he is Abe Lincoln....haha
Exactly!
Looking for a prelude 5th gen but I can’t drive stick 🙃 I’ve heard the automatic transmissions slip/are prone to failing. Do you know if this is true?
It is true I just got a fifth gen today 2000 sh so happy lol

Yes as someone whose been in the prelude world for years now stay away from 5gen automatics.
I’ve been into Preludes for years now. How much oil does it burn? Lol I love these motors but they all burn oil lol
i had a leak and wasnt even hitting vtec had to put oil every other week or so
Ughh fix the molding right above the handles its about 75 each online from a honda dealer
I heard many times over that the ATTS does not handle a lot of power. Bolt ons and tune might be the max it could hold.
250 WHP; you can do NA upgrades without much problem.
@@sayten07 250 to the wheels is nice to have some fun with and handle well
i believe the sh and base both give the same power but the sh is heavier while handling curves better, both because of the atts

Yo whats the instrumental called ?
It was one of the free ones from UA-cam. I think they shuffle them so I can't even look it up. There's always good stuff on there though
Project E damn thanks for replying and really ? That’s really cool. It’s a real dope instrumental
Project E found it bro it’s called worthless by jincheng Zhang , thanks man have a good one !
I have the best HONDA PRELUDE of all time and the new improve IRON MAN car coming this year
That shit is ugly man. A stock one is worth 100% more than the eBay iron bland theme. Its not 1997 anymore....
@@jordanjoestar8839 thanks for being the #1 hater BOOOOOM
@@IronMan-tb9tt not a hater. Just a prelude lover so it's always sad to see another one turned into a worthless pile of eBay parts.

He said something to me about messing that up before I even had the vid edited, and I said prepare for the flame.
Yeah, I went and watched the vid as was like damn I can’t believe I said that, thanks tho
lol
That's an awful exhaust. Sounds like a fart can 😔
It's a shame because otherwise, the car is fairly clean.
Video doesn’t do justice. Sounds good in person. 😬
Sounds like poop. Get a resonator homie.
N/A is better
Lol!!!!!
