I still cant believe how unique old cars and trucks are, each one can tell stories, its just too cool. I cant help chatting with mine each time I get in one.

O-H-I-O Porter greetings 🇺🇸 I’ve seen several of these over the years. Tried to buy both of them. Didn’t have room for them anyway at that time. The old N Fords were quite cool, beefy, roomy & stylish. So you took the bed off the 1st thing. It did make a nice glorified pickup. Hey, either way, you can make such a nice driver out of it. I’m glad that it’s in such nice shape. Get a feel for the truck, what it needs to fulfill its purpose & then go gung ho. Maybe add a second bumper below & then road lights. This truck has so much potential. Enjoy this truck! Blessings my friend. 🤩🥰✌️

Very very Cool! Engine sounds great too! Check the points they may be getting worn. I always wanted a N also except I got lucky and found a '66 N700 CrewCab. Turns out it was bought new by Northern Pacific Railway and used as High Rail Truck. On the 2 spd diff the high gear ratio is stamped on top of rear axle on all of them. Then one can figure out low from that with cross reference chart. Will be following along for further updates. So little info on the Ford N-Series Trucks. I just found this vid in a online search. Also cool to see yours has the pretty rare 1 million mile odometer

Thank you i will look for the stamp on rear end! I bet your crew cab is even cooler than the single cab!

@@PappProductions Look at flat spot just left of filler plug on top of center section. High Ratio should be stamped there. Few vids of Crew on my channel. Hoping to fire it up for first time in 31 yrs this week.

Pretty sure there’s a 66 n in my hometown in Minnesota . It’s a Tow truck . Believe it was bought new by the Gentleman’s Father . Been in a shed for some years now .

We have owners 2 up until the ‘80s, great work horse’s, Uhaul used the industrial 330 cu in engine in a lot of there f350 and above trucks through the 70’s and 80’ if you are looking for engine parts ,like heads ,in the future

I"d love to find a n series like that. My dad pulled mobile homes in the early 70's with a n600 i believe it sportted a 360 or 390 and it would blow mufflers off split them open. odd ball shift pattern 5 speed.

There's one near me like yours except I think the wheelbase is shorter. Has the 330 V8 (probably what yours has) I'm hoping to get it soon.

I've wanted one of these for awhile now, how much did you get it for? I'm also in Georgia so I'm curious what a general price would be.
