Thanks for sharing.....but....I think it's poorly designed.....for such an amazing scenery....every Villa unit to have a magnificent view of the ocean.......it could have a more modern design......with floor to ceiling glass looking out to the ocean.........and Villa number (1)....looks tenamentish .........all the units should be on an angle where each unit has full views to the sea....even if it's from upstairs.....or a wrap around balcony......... Just my opinion

I also think it's too dark. Too much orange. Sine the ceiling is so dark the floor and furniture could be lighter. But, wonderful to see.
@@gennisparry4352 one don't have to be to see it's not designed properly for the location. We view with a feel of how we would live in the space.
Floor to ceiling glass!! Our hurricane season is 6 month long. Have you ever experienced a hurricane in a house with glass windows or doors?

The ocean view is the best. With that price tag this needs a major overhaul especially the bathrooms, they need modern appliance. Its poorly design as well, some of these contractors and buildings need to go back on the drawing table.
Wow! This is absolutely gorgeous. That view is everything for me. From the moment you started at the infinity pool with that backdrop I knew I was in for something special. I loooove the first villa, #5.
The layout on the ground floor was just perfect. I am a huge fan of seperation between kitchen, living & dining spaces and this captures that perfectly without being closed off. Most developers these days seem to think the space has to be a complete open concept in order for it to feel light and airy but this shows the opposite is true.
Things I'm not a huge fan of (if this beauty was mine 😍): the windows - too many 'boxes' interrupting the beautiful view, I'd prefer windows that doesn't interrupt the views so much. Not a fan of the ceiling upstairs. I love a vaulted ceiling but perhaps it's the colour of this one or all the different sections but it looks a bit more imposing than I'd like. The bathroom is huge, I'd use some of that space for a walk-in closet. I also didn't see closets in the other rooms. Although I guess the primary suite is meant to have a loft feel, I'd want it to feel a bit more private/closed off from downstairs so instead of curtains I'd probably go for wide glass slide doors.
Beautiful overall though and nicely furnished on the first floor.
Very nice but I did not see the size of the clothes closets I love a large closet.

PV, Hello, I notice a bit of RUST already, on the fences, but whom is the designer that for this serious price DID NOT include a power room for guests, so they must use one of the bathrooms, so there is NO INDIVIDUAL LAUNDRY ROOM, BUT COIN OPERATED ONES FOR USE IN ANOTHER BUILDING, NOT my US$ 3 million . 🇬🇧🇯🇲🇺🇸🇺🇸
The property is by the sea, hence rust is unavoidable and can only be treated periodically

Property Viewers Congratulation on your Channel. I like what l see, this view is spectacular and to die for. I like how it is very spacious , and airy, plus it is near the ocean. You don’t get that in Kingston, and it’s surroundings. Pretty soon someone will buy it, the area is very nice and scenic. It only needs a little DIY project, the lawn is well manicured, that means they had a gardener. Areas like that in the North Coast is very hard to get. Everyone thinks differently and would know what they would do with a property like that. Some of the rooms could hold two beds, double beds. Whoever buys it will know what to do. Am absolutely awe struck by this property. I'm particularly taken by the upstairs Master Suuite, which looks as big as an apartment in itself. All I can say is WOW!
I assume the $3 Million price tag is for all 5 villas combined since you stated that they are not sold separately. If it were my property I'd definitely have to renovate and make some modern updates because the inside of the homes is dated, and I'd also have to brighten it up, as well as add more closet space, and even add closets to the smaller rooms and linen closets since I didn't see any. There needs to be more privacy in the master bedroom because there's no way I'd have an open room without some ty[pe of door or barrier to that room....maybe french doors and the stairs are also too narrow and would need to be widened. There's a lot I'd have to do in order to be satisfied overall.

This is beautiful and impressive. I would paint those ceilings white because that dark wood darkens the rooms too much. That huge ass bathroom needs lighter furniture, the dark wood does not suit in this case. I notice this a lot in Jamaica and it ages the look of the rooms when the wood is so dark. Otherwise, I really like this property.

Big a spacious, maybe too much space, and no privacy for the primary bedroom except for a curtain? And what about the caretaker having such easy access to the owner/guest living quarters? There needs to be a door separating both areas

In today’s market 3 Million is accurate given the location, 5 villas, View, fully furnished etc. Remember you can always renovate when you buy it to make it your own. You’ll be surprised what a little bit of paint can do. Anyway given the fact that everything has gone up in price (even ply board) this is a good income earner to consider.
People must do their research first before making some unenlightened comment about price.They need to know how much per square feet to build,and the cost for prime location.

Why so close to the sea??safety first!!it's very beautiful, but I am thinking 🤔of storms if you decide to live in Jamaica 🇯🇲long term I would want the first floor to be higher in case of flood I have 👀seen flood in Jamaica 🇯🇲and the first floor were flooded 😀, you have to think 🤔of insurance 😀.
Even though these are wayyyy overpriced, I must say that they look to be about 20 ft above sea level. On that cliff. I don’t think flooding will be a problem. The water should run to lower lying areas.

Beautiful but with all the extreme weather affecting different places in our world, I wouldn’t trust living anywhere close to a body of water (Sea). One horrendous storm could wipe out all this beauty🤷🏽♀️

But did not see any closets in bedrooms; bathrooms include the toilet bowls, no separate areas!; bathrooms - not walk-in showers; kitchen, yes granite countertops, nice, but no backsplash!
Price! Not given! (Am a R.R. living just up the road, the sea puts me off everything goes rust/rusty in no time, all your little goodies subject to too much tear [not necessarily wear])
I guess the 3,000,000 is for location of property. Definitely not for that small house.
I think all these homes they are building should all have a half bath. Bigger washroom and the first one is nice but should close of the toilet area my opinion deck space is so small

Color is not soothing or relaxing. It must be a man who decided on these orange political colors and dark kitchen cupboards with masculine furnishings. Hardwood floors are higher maintenance than tiles other than that it's okay but needs renovation for my taste. Master bathroom is too far from the bedroom incase one is sick and needs to use the toilet in an emergency it's far from the comforts of the bed. Bathroom counter too dark.
Love the property. but I must ask If one should purchase this property are you allowed to redecorate it to one's own taste and style?

you guys made a mistake not US $ but more like 3,000,000.00 ja currency. The floors are dark and makes the house dark so to make the inside have more light the finishes and the furniture should have been lighter. I like the wood work on the ceiling. The location is nice but not worth $3 million US.

So no mention of the fact that the 4 identical villas has a curtain as the entry to main upstairs bedroom. Not exactly what I would call private, safe or soundproof. Let’s not even talk about the fact that “villa”number one, with the three bedrooms up top, shares an entry with the caretaker at the foot of the stairs and their is no door at the the top of the stairs. So, you’re basically locked in with your caretaker who can walk up stairs in the middle of the night? Not sure who designed these villas but I certainly could see how selling them individually could be hard.

Too much dark cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms. The back patio is too small even for a table and chairs. Open bedroom suite upstairs with no enclosure, no privacy.
Is there a mistake? US $ 3 million? For that? Entry level Frigidaire appliances, Crappy small TV. Tiny back (postage stamp)“yard”. And an open every time I snore and get busy with the wife, everyone in the house hears me no door large entry bedroom. WoW! P.S. a bathroom that size needs a water closet especially since there is no door to your bedroom.
