I have used canva for years for personal use and have decided to try to sell some of what I’ve made on Etsy and feeling a little overwhelmed starting out. Hi Jennifer, I used your Etsy referral link for my shop but I haven't started uploading my prints yet.
I wanted to start selling printable quotes but I was just confused because I noticed sellers of printable quotes said in their description that the files customers would receive were “JPG with 300 dpi”.
When I checked the dpi of the JPG file I created from Canva, it only had 96 dpi. I want to know how they do that? I mean how did they convert a JPG file with only 96 dpi from Canva to 300 dpi? Thanks for your help in advance.

Two questions... How do I post my printable on Etsy for sale but offer that I will edit it for my customers? Will they need to purchase it first and then resend it to me and I resend the customize version? Second, how do I upload my printables to sell? Do I need a digital download first or do I just upload my zip file and it is ready to sell? That is the part I am stuck on....

Hey Jennifer! This is Deekshitha from India (I have previously commented in one of your transcription videos). I tried opening my shop on Etsy after watching your previous videos. I have uploaded 10 listings but I'm not able to complete the "set up billing" process. I chose PayPal as my payment method since Etsy Payments is not available here. But the $1 transaction for authorisation is not taking place. It starts the transaction and after I submit the otp, it brings me back to the same "set up billing" page. Do you have any idea why this is happening? (Can anyone else who has undergone this problem but have now opened their shop help me out please?)
Hello! I am not sure why that is happening. Have you tried contacting Etsy support? I would submit a support ticket and see if they can help you. I'm not sure if it would be a PayPal issue or Etsy issue.

Hello Shehab! I haven't used Etsy ads for any of my listings. I shared them on many social media platforms, and made many different related pins on Pinterest. :)

You can use a PDF file merger to combine PDF files so one file can be 1-10 pages or more.

Hello Adri, I am sure it is listed somewhere there, but you also need to make sure you fill out all the information with plenty of keywords. Make the listing as detailed as possible with lots of popular keywords. I'd recommend listing some more items too, the more items the better. Also make sure to share the listing on social media, facebook, pinterest, etc.
