To be honest, it's hard to list all the pros of giving up alcohol because there are too many. For me personally, quitting drinking has played a key role in building the life I always dreamed of. Thank you for popularizing this lifestyle. It is very important and will surely change someone's life 😊

day 13... and loving it... drank minimum a bottle of wine per day. My anxiety and depression was defiantly alcohol induced. And love not being a slave to the bottle.

I've been texting with some close friends today about all of it, and a couple of them have told me that I'm part of the reason I'm sober too. When I asked why, one said, "I feel like watching you enjoy it so much motivated me to really go for it." And I think that's what I found in what you shared, Chelsey. You just seem like you were truly glowing, and I was like "I want that!" My only regret is that I didn't quit drinking sooner! I am so much happier. @@chelseyarmfield

I recognize so much of this! Thanks Chelsey! I'm a 50 year old male and quit drinking 3 weeks ago. Permanently. I found out that I drink because of emotional neglects and to copy my father's behaviour to get his 'approval'. I'm currently doing inner child work and get to the root cause of my drinking. I just snapped out of it, when I found out that my drinking is related to suppressing my pain.
