The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership

What exactly are the five practices of leadership, and how can you apply them? Jeff Strese, an instructor for the Transformational Leadership certificate course, will lead a discussion about the five practices of leadership and the ten key commitments for effective leadership, and help participants take an honest look at themselves and their leadership behavior.
The session concludes with a brief introduction to two leadership programs offered this fall through SMU Cox Executive Education: Fundamentals of Management and Transformational Leadership.
